The home features four thoughtfully appointed bedrooms—one with a king bed and three with queen beds—each designed for restful sleep after a full day in the Florida sun. All bedrooms come equipped with Roku TVs, so everyone can enjoy a bit of personal downtime.
The master suite includes a spacious private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub, perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. The second full bathroom upstairs is shared among the remaining bedrooms, and there’s a powder bath downstairs—ideal for guest use while entertaining.
You’ll find towels, a hair dryer, and other essentials available to make your stay easy and stress-free.

I chose this neighborhood because it truly feels like the heart of South Tampa—I even office right across the street! It’s a vibrant, walkable area with amazing local restaurants like Cafe Paradiso for Italian and Bayshore Mediterranean Grill for delicious Mediterranean cuisine. For coffee lovers, SOG Cafe is a favorite neighborhood gem, and Interbay Meat Market has everything you need for groceries and specialty finds. A recent standout addition is Mad Dogs and Englishmen, which offers a fantastic dining experience. We’re also just minutes from the iconic Bayshore Boulevard, perfect for scenic walks or bike rides along the bay. It’s a community with charm, convenience, and great taste—all the things I value most.
