Enjoy this ocean inspired home in the Eustis country on 1 acre with plenty of peace and quiet.

The backyard porch & firepit with country view is irresistible. At night, the sky is perfect for stargazing.

It's not only family friendly, but great for solo, business or friends trips.

Conveniently located 10 minutes from Mt. Dora, 20 minutes from Leesburg & under under an hour from major attractions.

We welcome well behaved pets and service animals. There is a one time fee of $150.00 per stay. If bringing a pet, please be sure to include them in the booking. Failure to do so can forfeit your stay with no refund. Smoking/vaping/e-cigs, are permitted outside only; ash tray buckets are provided. Parties, events or commercial photography/filming is subject to an additional fee and requires prior approval; Thank you =)

Quiet country retreat

This house was just as advertised, but with more. It seemed far out , but was close enough to Eustis and Mount Dora to go in and have fun and then come back and relax. There were homes around it, but it was very quiet and even had a nice pony and peacock to admire in the lot next-door. The house itself was very comfortable and clean. The upstairs bathroom was beautiful. We were on a very quick trip so we didn’t get to take advantage of all the amenities the house had to offer, but it would be a great house for a family with kids to explore.! The host was very communicative and check-in/check-out was very easy. We would definitely return and stay in this house.!

Beautiful property for quick weekend stay with some unfortunate cons

We recently stayed at this property with a group of six people and our puppy. Overall, the house is very nice — it smelled clean when we arrived, and there was plenty of space for everyone. We especially enjoyed the back patio area, and the horse next door that would come up to the fence and say hi was a unique and charming touch.That said, there were a few issues that made our stay less than ideal, especially for those bringing pets. While the listing is pet-friendly, we would caution fellow pet owners: the yard is full of ant piles, dead grass, and these painful little spiky spurs that got all over us and our puppy. It made walking the dog very much stressful than enjoyable.The home did smell clean, but the floors were noticeably dirty. Since we were asked to remove our shoes at the door, we quickly realized just how gritty and unclean the floors were. Even more concerning, we discovered a pack of cookies in a nightstand on the day we checked out — something we hadn’t noticed earlier, but which made us question how thorough the cleaning process really was.Considering the 300 we were charged in cleaning and pet fees, plus the required property damage protection fee, we expected a higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. The location and layout were great, but some of these oversights were off-putting and made the stay feel a bit overpriced for what we got.
