Welcome to the Little Gingko House, a cozy and character-filled 1930s home designed for comfort, calm, and convenience. Whether you're logging into Zoom meetings, writing your next chapter, or simply recharging in a peaceful spot, this Broad Ripple gem offers a unique blend of charm and function.
Enjoy quiet mornings with coffee in the backyard, stroll to your favorite cafĂ© for a midday pick-me-up, or end the day with a Netflix binge in the naturally lit living room. Itâs the perfect mix of productivity and pleasure.

Though we canât offer refunds unless the home becomes truly uninhabitable, weâre always here to help and ensure you have a comfortable, enjoyable stay.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We love the neighborhood, its so quiet and charming and very walkable to Broad Ripple. There are so many things to do, grabbing coffee, going to the farmer's market, hiking trails nearby.
