Welcome to your cozy retreat in the heart of downtown Tulum! This charming 1-bedroom house is ideal for a tranquil getaway, offering a private pool with a sun lounger and a serene sitting area. The terrace, surrounded by lush plants and trees, is perfect for relaxing in a hammock or enjoying meals at the dining table.

Inside, you'll find a comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed, a safe, and a closet for your convenience. The full bathroom features stylish wood deck finishes, a toilet, and a sink. The living room offers a cozy sofa bed, perfect for an additional guest, and a dining table for four. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, French press for coffee, and all necessary kitchenware.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, including the private pool, terrace, and all amenities. One bicycle is provided for guests to explore the area with ease.

We highly recommend exploring Tulum by bike or scooter for an authentic and convenient experience. With bike paths and racks available throughout town, cycling is an eco-friendly and enjoyable way to get around. Our bicycle is perfect for exploring downtown; renting a scooter is ideal for visiting the nearby cenotes. For more distant excursions or exploring destinations beyond Tulum, renting a car is a practical option.
