About Jellyfish Cottage at Searenity
Jellyfish Cottage is part of Searenity Cottages, a small collection of modern island hideaways designed for rest, comfort, and connection with nature. Guests tell us their stay here is âabsolutely beautiful, breathtaking and healingâ â and many return again and again.
Wake up in nature
Each morning youâll wake up to the sound of birds and visits from hummingbirds at the feeders on your balcony. From your hammock you can take in wide open views of the Blue Mountains, Nonsuch Falls, and the Portland coastline. Itâs the kind of setting that makes you pause, breathe deeply, and feel completely away from it all â while still being close to everything Portland has to offer.
Comfort and flexibility
The cottage includes a plush king-sized bed, which can be set up as two twin beds if you prefer. Thereâs also a private bathroom and an outdoor balcony kitchenette. The kitchenette has everything you need for simple meals: a 2-burner hotplate, microwave, electric kettle, pots, pans, and all the basics for cooking, plus coffee and tea making essentials.

Guests love spending their downtime in the hammock on the balcony, by the pool, or exploring the grounds. The property features a 25-meter lap pool with sweeping views, as well as a Jungle Gym for those who want to keep active while traveling. The peaceful setting makes it easy to slow down, rest, and recharge your energy.

David is a former freediving world record holder and underwater photographer. His love for the sea is reflected throughout the cottages, where many of the photos on the walls are his own. They bring a glimpse of Jamaicaâs vibrant underwater world into your stay and connect you to the islandâs natural beauty.
Stef has a sharp eye for detail and a passion for health and wellness. She makes sure each cottage is cared for with meticulous attention, creating a clean and calming environment. Her care shows in the little touches that make your stay comfortable and worry-free.
We also invite guests to visit the Guango Boutique, located right here on the property. Itâs a reflection of Stefâs creativity and love of wholesome living. Youâll find her homemade granola, free-range chicken eggs, refreshing kefir water, and her beautifully handcrafted jewelry from her line LaTige.
