Located near thousands of acres of public woods, for all outdoor needs, it's the perfect spot for outdoor enthusiasts. Just a short drive to Tomahawk and Rhinelander. Welcome! Please review these rules to ensure a great stay. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and additional fees.

2. Property Condition & Departure:
Leave the property as you found it.
Empty trash into the dumpster, run the dishwasher, and place used towels into a pile in upstairs bathroom.
Secure all doors/windows and ensure hot tub cover is on before departure.

3. Maximum Occupancy:
Up to 8 guests. Exceeding this may result in cancellation without refund.

4. Quiet Hours:
From 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

5. Smoking & Pets:
No smoking indoors (additional cleaning fee applies).
Up to 2 dogs allowed with prior approval and additional fee. No pets on furniture or beds.

6. Parties/Events:
No parties/events without prior approval.

7. Parking:
Park only in the designated driveway. No parking on grass or neighbors' driveways.

8. Hot Tub Usage:
Shower before use, limit soak to 30 minutes, and cover when not in use.
Use at your own risk. Any damage or misuse will incur fees.

9. Lake Access:
Use responsibly. No diving from the dock.

10. Septic System:
Only toilet paper in toilets. No feminine hygiene products or wipes.

11. Appliances & Kitchen Use:
Clean dishes (use dishwasher or wash by hand).
Use appliances responsibly.
Damaged or missing items may incur fees.

12. Washer/Dryer:
Place used towels into a pile in upstairs bathroom before departure.

13. Grill & Firepit:
Use the outdoor firepit responsibly. Bring your own firewood.
Indoor fireplace is for display only. At least $500 fee if used.

14. Wi-Fi Usage
For basic use only. Illegal activities and excessive data consumption are prohibited. The internet connection must remain plugged in and operational at all times.
Guests may not unplug, reset, or interfere with the Wi-Fi equipment, unless approved by the Host.

15. Security Cameras
Exterior cameras are in place for safety and security purposes. There are no cameras inside the property to respect guest privacy.
Cameras must not be tampered with, blocked, or obstructed at any time. Violations may result in immediate eviction.

16. Additional Guests:
Unregistered visitors require prior approval.

Payment & Cancellation Policies:
Payment: Full payment required before check-in.
Cancellation: Full refund 30+ days before check-in, 50% refund 14-29 days prior, no refund within 14 days.

Liability & Legal:
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Host for any claims or damages during stay.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the property’s location.
By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these rules and terms. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
