This spectacular 1st floor condo offers 2 bedrooms Plus a Den with a sleep sofa, 3 bathrooms and sleeping accommodations for up to 6 adults. There is a 1 Car Garage and 1 additional parking space in the private driveway.
The condo has been beautifully remodeled with luxurious attention to every detail. Our professional design team has ensured that the condo is ready for your arrival. Trust us when we say that you will want to "Stay a little, or A Lot Longer!" The Colonade community amenities include a clubhouse with a fully equipped kitchen and library, a resort-style pool and spa, and a fitness facility. The community is within a short walking distance of "Venetian Village", which is a very a popular shopping and dining experience in Park Shore. You will enjoy the nearby white sand; gulf beaches and all that the Downtown Naples area has to offer.*Please Note: The HOA Requires a 3-month rental minimum. Paperwork must be submitted 30 days prior to the start of the lease for prior approval.*Background screenings are required for each individual age 18 & over.
