Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. Located in a safe neighborhood.
Excellent value on this 4BR pool home in the well-established Tuscan Ridge community. Room for everyone and everything! Your positive impression starts as soon as you arrive âmeticulously manicured lawn/landscaping produces nice curb appeal.
Once inside, walk down the entry hall to the heart of the home - open living/dining space and kitchen under vaulted ceiling â a great gathering space. Kitchen boasts breakfast bar, plenty of counter/cabinet space, and a dining area that overlooks (and has direct access to) the pool.
Split bedroom plan with the primary suite in the back â ideal for privacy. Bedroom is large enough for a sitting area or private desk. Sliding glass doors bathe the space in light and provide access to the pool deck. Ensuite bath features an expansive dual sink vanity, linen closet, soaker tub and separate shower.
One additional reason to love this home is all that you have out back â pristine pool under screen enclosure and plenty of patio space for you to enjoy fun in the sun.
Located right off SR 27, about one mile to your Publix and about 10 minutes to all the shopping/dining venues in Championsgate (as well as the access point to I4). You will be about 25 minutes from Disney world/Disney springs.
