This was the absolute cutest and best place for me and my best friend to stay for the weekend, we did NOT want to leave at all. The most quaint and perfect peaceful place to be. Right next door to the Hive Market which had the most scrumptious food, matcha, and coffee

This is a cute property, very comfy with little extras like q-tips and cotton balls and some scented candles. Bed was comfortable with good pillows, sheets and comforter. Hosts were very accessible and made check-in and check-out a breeze. Nice to be able to walk next door for breakfast. The Hive is a nice place. Enjoyed it and our stay very much!

Perfect, clean apartment for an anyone needing access to Sunset, Grand Coteau, and nearby areas. Could easily accommodate 2-3 guests. Host was very friendly, checked in to ensure comfort. Be sure to stop by The Hive for a coffee and lunch.

We so enjoyed our stay in the cottage. It was very clean and pet friendly too. Loved walking the neighborhood and shopping at the local shops. The Hive Market & Cafe has a great breakfast and wonderful coffee too. I would recommend the Grand Coteau Cottage to everyone.

Very nice and comfortable place. While the 2 fenced areas would be nice for when you have pets, for those with no pets it’s too small to enjoy sitting outside looking at the fence. The outdoor sitting area outside the bedroom has unobstructed windows into the commercial establishment so no privacy there. Still, a very good value and would stay again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The area is so quaint and charming, making it feel peaceful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rental itself was spotless and incredibly well cared for—it smelled fresh and clean, which immediately made it feel like home. The yard was a huge bonus and perfect for my small dog, giving us both space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept better here than I do at home! Overall, this place was cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. I would highly recommend it and would happily stay here again.

Great Stay!

We loved this cute little rental. We didn't tour the area much because we were in town for a wedding about 20 minutes away in Lafayette. The property manager was attentive and helpful with anything we needed. Everything was as expected and they even warmed up the rental before we stayed, as it was very cold when we visited. So it was nice and toasty Definitely recommend staying here for a little getaway!

Charming!!!

The apartment was adorable and the hosts were extremely accommodating to a couple of our special requests. Would definitely stay here again in this sweet little town. Can hopefully make it through when some of the local businesses are open. It was perfect for our visit to the Courir de Mardi Gras in Church Pointe which was soooo fun!

This apartment is so cute! It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great. The free morning coffee at The Hive was a plus! We were down the street from some nice shops. I highly recommend.
