This place was amazing. We stayed for a friend’s wedding which was only a few minutes away. The house had everything and more that we needed. I’d definitely stay again if we travel back that way. We also enjoyed the TikTok made of the remodel of the home.

Jodi was a pleasure to host. The home was left in excellent condition. The dishwasher was done as well as the towels in the washer. Sped up the timeframe of cleaning tremendously and much appreciated. I would definitely host Jodi again in the future. The journal entry was also pleasing.

This cottage is hands down one of the cleanest, most well-maintained, and comfortable places we have stayed. Beautifully decorated with fully stocked kitchen, bathroom with thoughtful supplies like shampoo, plush towels, Keurig, and cooking spices, etc. The beds are also wonderfully comfortable, and the screened front porch was a lovely place to sit and enjoy the peaceful outdoors. We loved our stay! Thank you Mark!

Charming bungalow

We had a wonderful stay and were so comfortable here. The home has many nice touches and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the home was immaculate. We all enjoyed sitting out on the screened in porch and playing the Tiki Toss. It was a great place to unwind after visiting with family all day. The location is convenient to many restaurants and some retail too. Thanks for a great stay!

We were at the Bungalow for a visit to see our family in Smithfield. We did not need to cook but there was plenty of utensils and dinnerware. Our greatest concern was the comfort of the bed. The king bed was amazing. We both slept so very well all nights. The shower was very nice and the access to TV channels was sufficient. Overall we enjoyed ourselves very much. The location was very quiet with a lovely view of the sunrise each day. Our host was attentive and obviously well acquainted with ways to make travelers feel at home! Thank you!!

Great Stay

My mother and I stayed here for 2 days while visiting the area, and it was perfect. Mark is an outstanding host, and this charming cottage had so many thoughtful touches, well-appointed amenities, beautifully decorated, most comfortable beds, and the cleanest rental I have ever seen. Mark called me our second day to see how everything was going and if I needed anything else. And it was so peaceful and soothing to come “home” here after a long HOT (100 degrees outside) day of retail therapy and walk into the cool interior and melt into the soft bed for a nap! We will be back again I know. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here I can promise.

Khimmy and her mother were spectacular guests. Very respectful, great communication and left our home in exceptional condition. I had a great conversation with each of them as they were departing and they were both wonderful and a pleasure to speak with. It would be pleased to host them again in the future. Mark
