Very nice place only one block away from the most popular streets and a few more away from the nice beaches.Staff on site was attentive and helpful with any requests.The property is clean and modern , sheets and beds were comfy. A big plus was the lot next door which we were able to park the golf cart and did not have to worry with it. Communication with everyone was excellent.Our family said that we would definitely stay here again.Thanks for sharing your property with us.

We had an amazing time at La Poza and would recommend this property for many reasons. Location is fantastic, rooftop pool, and condominium staff. Esteban is always welcoming, we love staying here!

Host was very friendly. The stay was beautiful and in a nice downtown area close to all the action and great restaurants. The one addition that would be great to see in the future would be to add security lock boxes for each bedroom. We will definitely be coming back next year.

It was a great place to stay! Very clean and roomy. On the rooftop you have a view of the water on all sides. You can see both the sunrise and sunset! They were doing construction in front but will be done with that shortly. Would stay here again!

Great location, clean property, and a very attentive host! We frequently travel to Isla Mujeres and we have stayed at numerous places on the island. I highly recommend this host and we will be back again. Book with confidence.

The apartment was very modern and very clean. Our hosts were extremely helpful throughout our stay if we needed any help with restaurants, taxis, etc. They went beyond anything we expected.

This is a beautiful condo and the location is perfect. We didn't think we would use the rooftop pool, but found ourselves heading out there most evenings to catch the sunset! The Cafe Palmar next door has excellent coffee. The view off the balcony was nothing to write home about, but we don't visit Isla to sit on a balcony. We visit Isla to walk the town, see the most beautiful beaches in the world and to try new restaurants. We loved being walking distance to everything in Playa Norte! We will definitely stay here again.

Property is close to beach and Hidalgo street. There’s a coffee shop and smoothie bar downstairs that we enjoyed. We rented a golf cart to ride around the island. Chedraui is a few minutes south. We cooked breakfast and made coffee (drip). The rooftop pool is beautiful and the view at night is lovely. The laundry isn’t exactly as advertised. The unit has a front loader washer but no dryer. The showers are new and have excellent water pressure. Like most places, you can’t flush toilet paper in toilet. Be prepared to throw away all toilet paper. Overall, this unit met our needs and we had plenty space for family of 4. We would rent again!

We enjoyed the property's location. It was close to restaurants and a grocery store. It was very clean, and the rooftop pool was great after a day at the beach. Check-In was easy, and communication via WhatsApp was convenient. The bar across the street was loud, but with the doors closed, it wasn't too bad, and they don't play that late. Other Perks: Our unit provided beach towels, a beach umbrella, and two nice chairs that had a cooler and storage on the back. There was also an extra small cooler. The washer/dryer unit and the full-sized fridge were nice. You will want to bring your own shampoo/conditioner/lotion.
