Welcome to our 2nd floor condo just a 5-minute walk to the beach!
Summertree Village is located in the Shore Drive area and nestled in a park-like setting in a quiet neighborhood.
About the space:
Our end-unit condo features 1200 sq. ft with plenty of room for the family to spread out. There are 2 balconies overlooking the outdoor pool, and 1 balcony as you enter the condo. New vinyl flooring was installed in 2022. There is a full-sized washer/dryer in the unit.
Bedrooms:
There are 2 bedrooms with a king size bed in the main bedroom with attached bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool. The 2nd bedroom has a queen and double bed. Both bedrooms have new smart TVs.
Living room:
There is a queen sofa bed and new 65" smart TV.
Kitchen:
Fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, glasses, blender, etc. and a Keurig coffee and regular coffee maker.
The outdoor pool is surrounded by trees and provides plenty of shade if desired. There is also an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna available.
We are a short drive to Barefoot Landing, Tanger outlets, Alabama Theatre, Carolina Opry as well as many other attractions.
Cleaning fee includes all linens

No Motorcycles, trailers or golf carts
