We stayed for four nights - two adults and two teenagers. The property is clean and spacious in a safe neighborhood. Colin is an excellent host - very responsive, helping us work through all our questions promptly. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! Walk or Uber to everywhere you want to go, then come back to Georgetown for dinner. Highly recommend!

The apartment was immaculate and exactly as described. The location was excellent, with convenient access to restaurants and shopping just steps away. The host was highly responsive, helpful, and made the entire stay seamless. I would gladly stay here again.

Fantastic little stay. Extremely convenient to many wonderful mom and pop restaurants. If you have a car, allow for a bit of time to find parking, but overall easy to find, especially if you are used to living in the city. The owners were great. Good communication and speedy responses when we had questions. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere to crash for the evenings and just go out for dinner near by after a full day of touring the city!

Great location and perfect for our family of four. We are within easy walking distance of the Foggy Bottom metro station and, if you want to get your steps in, the White House and National Mall. Definitely recommend arranging parking through the owner. We did that and found street parking right in front of the building without any problems. The owner is super responsive and was extremely attentive. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in the DC area.

In town for our Georgetown reunion weekend. This was the perfect location with easy access to shopping, ride share and campus. We walked to campus several times because the weather was beautiful. It’s about a 15-20 walk. We had a car so needed to get a zone sticker to get street parking but since we had a friend living nearby she was able to request one for us. If you are needing parking you will definitely want to get the temporary pass and the Hosts provide info about that and can assist (very easy). The apartment is lovely and well stocked with the essentials.Great stay! We will come back!

Just over the line into Georgetown, great location. Easy walk to shopping, restaurants and places to grab a cocktail. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Parking was not a big deal, we were able to unload easily and park just 2 blocks away. Didn’t need a car at all.

My trip to DC had me out all day in several different areas of DC, so I really didn’t have a chance to spend time enjoying the areas, but my days were full and it was really nice to come back to a clean, updated private home, which allowed me to rejuvenate, unwind and get ready for the next day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The host was quick to respond if we had questions. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. Great location in Georgetown. A short walk to shops and restaurants just a few block away and about a 10 minute walk to hop on the metro. Would love to stay here again when we venture back to DC!
