- NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the home. A $1,500 fine will be applied for violations.
- NO PARTIES: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed unless pre-approved. Only the number of guests listed at booking are permitted in the house.
- DAMAGES: Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items and agree to pay the retail value for replacements.
- LOCAL GUEST BOOKING POLICY: Local guests must contact the host before booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without the possibility of a refund.

Check-in Details: Enjoy a smooth, contactless check-in anytime after 4 PM. We recommend arriving between 4–8 PM for the best experience. Late arrivals are welcome, but assistance may be limited. Early check-ins must be pre-approved in writing by management. Please note, editing your check-in time on Airbnb won’t change the standard 4 PM check-in.

After booking, you may be asked to complete a rental agreement or provide additional details for Chady Property Management—just to ensure everything is set for your stay!

Refund Policy: For eligible refunds, a small 3% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
