Brand New December 2024, Located 20 minutes or less to almost anywhere in Northwest Arkansas, this comfy home is central to everything and includes many bonus amenities!
This Modern farmhouse style home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a comfy living room and fireplace, an adaptable dinning area that converts into pool table room, a full laundry room, a two car garage, an outdoor dinning area, and high-speed fiber internet. As a bonus, use the detached game room for the kids out back!
All items in this home are brand new as of December 2024.
- Enjoy extremely comfortable beds with extra attention to bedbug prevention and strict cleanliness.
- Each bedroom includes extra blankets, extra pillows, cellphone chargers at each nightstand, luggage stands, dressers, closet space, and a large screen smart TV with all apps to use of your choosing.
- The living room is large and joins with the entry way and dinning area making this a wonderful space to relax, watch TV, and play some pool. Feel free to turn on the fireplace during the cold season.
- The kitchen is furnished with new appliances, and a large french door fridge. Find all the dishes and appliances you need, including a Kureg and coffee cups on the house!
- Each bathroom has been supplied with necessities in case you forget to bring it. If there is anything else you need, just let us know!
- The Kids room has a pull-out bed for an extra sleeper, and includes several fun toys and books to read.
- The Master suite features a large screen smart TV, walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, large walk-in closet, and two sinks.
- The Laundry room features a new washer and dryer with storage space. It also includes a wash basin, which is great for cleaning up after an adventure.
- Have a little sleeper? feel free to use the available playpen to sleep and play, or highchair when they are hungry.
- The two car garage is available for use, which is also great for those times of unexpected weather.
- The back patio includes a large space with gazebo and outdoor dining.
- Want to experience the amazing mountain bike trails in our area? Get a 20% discount on an electric mountain bike rental! (Full Suspension Orbea Wild FS H30)
- Need more peace and quiet? Send the kids out back to the super fun detached game room with lights and lasers. The game room is equipped with a Nintendo switch that has a growing library of games. Feel free to bring your own game systems and plug into the extra HDMI cable!
- While the neighborhood is very safe with wonderful neighbors, have added peace of mind using the SimpliSafe security system. Please note that this system includes a front yard camera facing the road, and a back yard camera facing the external building in the back, and are used to secure the home when vacant.
- Level 2 EV charging is also available. (Type J1772, and adapter for Tesla NACS)

I am convinced that Northwest Arkansas is one of the best places to live and visit. Especially for those that want to get away and relax in an area that not only feels like home, but provides many wonderful things to do outdoors. I love the idea of sharing this area with others who love what our area has to offer, from mountain, biking to hiking to ice-skating and many other sports.

This area is perfect as it positions you in the middle of everything. Staying right off of I-49 in the middle of Northwest Arkansas you can quickly get to anywhere.

This property is unique because it caters directly to what we know a family needs, since our family has traveled as well! Our favorite aspect is the detached game room in the backyard that allows the kids, the flexibility and freedom to relax and play in their way while adults can enjoy a more peaceful atmosphere inside.
