New building with a modern raw industrial look. The unit is stocked with everything you might need and tons of small touches to make your stay enjoyable!
Relax and watch a movie on the large 55â TV, or dine outside on your private balcony as you watch breathtaking sunset views!
Thereâs even a small bedside sound machine that can play bird sounds, ocean waves, white noise, crackling fire sounds and much more!
Two Hepa air purifiers refresh and filter the air.
Snack dispenser, 3 choices to choose from and rotating selection. Meant for adults too, have a little fun! A handful of quarters to use for it are given upon check in.
Complete with a building gym, common area lounge, fast wifi, free parking, in-suite laundry machines and a spa like rainfall shower head / deep soaked tub to relax after a long hard day.
In the common area on the same level as the gym youâll find an outdoor small dipping pool too cool you off, open seasonally (June-Sept).
Just around the corner youâll find the new Ska Thermal Spa that also offers massages.

Walk to almost everything, or walk just a few blocks to the C-train which runs across downtown for free (free downtown only).
Other options are: Scooters available just downstairs and around town, rent by the day or minute. Available seasonally.
Or take an Uber, always just a few minutes away so order your Uber as soon as youâre heading downstairs as they come fast!

Hi there, I'm originally from Victoria, BC but have travelled and lived in many other cities around the world. I love being a host and putting in that extra effort to provide a beautiful, comfortable and enjoyable vacation with lots of little extras for your stay. :)
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
The neighbourhood is very well situated, it lands in the middle of everything so that no matter which direction you turn, you'll find an abundance of cool shops, sites, and restaurants.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
This property is very unique being one of the few properties in Calgary with a pool. The view is also very hard to come by as well as the convenience of having secure underground parking included in your nightly rate.
