This property was an absolutely beautiful and lovingly restored historical home with all updated appliances and comfortable furnishings, making for a wonderful stay. The property was well and reasonably secured and communication from Amy was top notch, going above and beyond to ensure everything was easy to locate and understand. For our purposes, the location was incredibly convenient to the GA/SC Fairgrounds. Fantastic stay!

Amazing location! We will definitely stay here again. Each bedroom had its own sitting/lounge area and the kitchen/dining area was large enough to accommodate my extended family. With a short walk to the downtown Augusta area, it’s the perfect place to stay!

Beautiful home. Amy is awesome. Place is very clean, and a great choice for a family gathering or any kind of get together. We would definitely stay here again and plan to since my son will be in Augusta for several more years. Thank you Amy!

This was an awesome 1800 home, that has been well taken care of. Each bedroom with it's own living room space was very different, the kitchen and dinning area was another awesome space. The kitchen and laundry room was well stocked, water, drinks, coffee, popcorn, sauces, seasoning and laundry detergent, softener. For the price and location near the convention center and restaurants, couldn't have ask for a better. This impressive 1800 had a front porch was something to kill for, we sat on it everyday and some nights. I will stay here again next year. Amy was an awesome hostess, she answered me within minutes, she check on us when my wife set the alarm off within seconds.

Home away from home!

Very comfortable. With the exception of hearing the sound of a train passing by, very quiet area. House was very clean and spacious. Space for gathering and space for self space.

Beautifully maintained and very comfortable

Want to stay in a very secure and maintained house? Then, this one is attractively done.One mile from restaurant row and few more to the Masters. Just refurbished and done nicely with a lot of personal amenities for guests. Enjoyed!

A pleasure from start to finish

Augusta is experiencing a revival and this property is one of the gems in that process. A substantial building of another time that has been carefully preserved and restored for new useful purposes. Kitchen and bathrooms are brand new. Sleeping suites are carefully reconsidered allowing family or friends to have their own rooms that contain sleeping quarters plus areas for winding down and relaxing. Common areas for food preparation and dining are able to provide room for small to large groups. Adequate space to prepare meals together or separately. Once the garden is developed further and I think there are plans to do that, the outside will be a delightful place to sit and relax also. If I were to return to Augusta I would choose this gem to stay at again. My first evening I walked to Luigi’s for dinner. Large groups of families and friends were there enjoying one another and the great food.

This is the most amazing house we have ever stayed in. We have been traveling together for over 25 years and this property is by far the nicest, cleanest most unique property we have ever come across. The historic wood detailing in the home is worth the stay alone. The house is set up where three couples could actually have their own bedroom and living room area separated. The furnishings are gorgeous and unique but also comfortable. And that is a hard combination to come by. The host is amazing. She makes every step so easy. And if you want a clean place to stay this is it. I have never seen a cleaner home. The location is perfect. You can walk to all sorts of restaurants and shops but also hop in your car if you’re tired from all your shopping. We will definitely return here in the future. A huge thank you to our host. Everything was wonderful

Such a beautiful and comfortable home. We loved being close to everything, the roomy spaces and modern decor. Home had everything we needed and appreciate the goodies the host left for us. We will definitely be back.
