Denna hembyggda oktober 2012 har ett rymligt sovrum med klädkammare och ett master badrum med två handfat, massor av skåputrymme och en stor duschkabin. Det finns gott om plats i gästrummet med direkt tillgång till poolområdet. Barnens sovrum sover bekvämt 4 barn / barn i våningssängarna
Den 2: a badrummet delas av gäst och barn sovrum. Stor duschkabin. Alla våra sängar och kuddar är skyddade med dammmyt och bäddskydd.

Vardagsrummet har en stor öppen planlösning, perfekt för underhållande eller bara stunder för dig själv. Vår välsorterade kök är redo för dina kulinariska läckerheter. Med stora, stora Corian bänkskivor har du gott om plats att laga mat medan dina gäster kan koppla av i köksbaren.

Ingen kostnad var skonas i inredning våra restauranger och levande områden. Ett stort bord med plats bekvämt upp till 8. Vardagsrummet har varm, lyxig inredning och en 55-tums plattskärms-TV med DirecTV satellit-TV och DVR-programmering och en 40-tums platt-TV i Master Bed Room (Local Cannels)

Hög hastighet WiFi är i hela huset och poolområdet så att du alltid kan hålla kontakten. Lanai har gott om plats för att äta en trevlig biff från grillen eller koppla av och ta en drink på vår Ticki Bar med 4 barstolar
Poolen är uppvärmd för den perfekta simningstemperaturen när som helst på dagen eller natten. Solduk gavs för kalla vinterkvällar för att hålla vattnet varmt.

En hel del omsorg och uppmärksamhet på detaljer togs i utformning, bygga och inreda det här huset för den perfekta, avkopplande tillflyktsort. Förutom själva huset, är platsen. Lehigh Acres har en liten stad känsla, samtidigt som det är nära till alla attraktioner i sydvästra Florida. Stränder, Golf, shopping och fantastiska restauranger ligger bara en kort resa bort. Huset ligger på en lugn, privat gata perfekt för avkoppling efter timmar av screening i poolen.

Great weekend stay

We had a fantastic stay! The inside of the rental was spotless and had everything we needed. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals, and the living spaces were super comfortable for relaxing. The real highlight was lounging by the pool — it made the whole trip feel like a true getaway. Highly recommend!

Nice house in quiet neighborhood

We were here for business and the house was a good option for us. WiFi was very fast. Neighborhood is quiet and the house felt very private. Do wish the TV in the living room had better sound. The TVs also were not smart TVs so we picked up our own streaming device so we could watch something other than basic cable TV. Lovely property and would stay there again.

Great Stay

Wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Property is as advertised. Extremely clean, very up-to-date, and very comfortable. The entire inside and the outside was immaculate. We would definitely stay here again.

Florida Getaway

Not likely to book this house again. No hot water to kitchen sink. I had to boil water on the stove to do dishes. We reported but it wasn't repaired while we were there. Went to open patio door and the door handle broke off. Killed a cockroach on the kitchen counter. Open bottles of drinking alcohol left as decoration. Was told after I booked the house that we would have to pay extra if we used too much electricity. Pool was dirty and not fit to swim in when we arrived, had to wait 3 days until pool guy came to clean it. There wasn't even a pool skimmer that we could use to try to clean it up. Called the manager and she did bring her skimmer over and cleaned the pool as best she could and left the skimmer for us to use. To top it all off at check out we were asked to strip the beds, empty all the trash, start the dishwasher and start a load of laundry before we checked out. I paid a large sum of money to stay here and it included a cleaning fee. I have no issue with doing the dishes or even taking out my trash but I do not feel that I should be responsible for doing the laundry before I leave.

Home in Lehigh Acres

The home had spacious rooms and areas, open plan design. The kitchen sufficiently stocked with a variety of spices. The pool area / lanai was very nice with plenty of seating and a grill ! Publix and other shops only 5 minute drive away. Initially had difficulty accessing property due to problem with website communication and delayed response from owner. However, she rectified the problem.

Insgesamt ok. Einige Verbesserungen können schnell vorgenommen werden. Wasserhahn in der Küche defekt. Mehr Kaffeebecher und auch ein paar Tassen wären schön. Die Terrassenmöbel sind mega unbequem. Die Liegen könnten Auflagen gebrauchen. Das Bett im einzigen Schlafzimmer mit Poolzugang quietscht und knarrt furchtbar. Garage entrümpeln, damit man seinen Leihwagen dort unterbringen kann. Der Screen hat diverse Löcher, die umgehend geflickt werden sollten. Die Ausrichtung des Pools ist super. Man hat den ganzen Tag Sonne. Martina von der Verwaltung ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns ein privates Radio zur Verfügung gestellt, da sich im Haus keins befindet.

Wonderful stay and experience

Very nice property that felt extremely comfortable. The property was clean and all amenities were as advertised ! Property manager helped make a very pleasant experience as well! I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home

We really enjoyed our stay. House was absolutely beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking and entertaining. Beds were very comfortable. Did not have any issues at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Was an awesome experience. Especially being our first. We have a grandson that lives in Fort Myers so we decided to get all of his sblings together for a family visit since everyone is scattered in other states. This worked out really well for all.

Clean, comfortable, and a great stay!

The house is exactly as described. It was very spacious and perfect for our family of four. The community is nice and quiet. The pool is a great size and very private. Everything was clean and the house had lots of amenities. We would definitely stay again in the future!

Enjoyable Stay

Property is clean and well maintained. Although we did not use the pool, it would be very nice in the warmer months. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. This is a very nice house and it met our needs perfectly. Our host was pleasant and accommodating. I will likely stay here again.

This is a Pet Friendly Property and the Pool is cold

This place has so much potential but not for someone with allergies. This is a pet friendly place even though the listing says no pets allowed. The beds squeak or are unsafe, the floors are dirty, but it is convenient and has a pool which is solar heated but was freezing cold in december even though temperatures were in the 80's. The owner was understanding but the propety needs some TLC for sure.

Not heated pool

I'm really disappointed at this property. Even though I was told the swimming pool had a water heating system the water was ice cold and my kids couldn't enjoyed the swimming pool...which is the only activity you can do at this house. Nice house, but not for fall nor winter.

Full Disclosure of Strict Rules Not Given

Overall, this is a lovely and surprisingly private property, located a short distance to an amazing Cuban bakery (Casa Rojas) and the “mom and pop” restaurants/bars and antiques of Alva and LaBelle. I would gladly stay here again. Cons: Strict electricity rules were not disclosed until after the rental had been paid for. The AC was to be kept at 75 degrees and there was also an overall wattage limit. With no indoor ceiling fans (which as a Florida resident for 20+ years seems incredibly odd), it made for somewhat uncomfortable muggy afternoons (especially when the heat index was over 100 degrees). A tall fan was thankfully provided in one of the rooms, but it had not been cleaned for some time. Due to this strict enforcement of electricity, I felt as though I couldn’t fully relax at first as I felt obligated to follow my boyfriend around and turn off lights behind him. Under no circumstance are we “energy wasters”, but it would have been nice to not worry about it on vacation.
