Quiet charming neighborhood in the center of Jupiter located a short distance from grocery stores, cafes, restaurants by either bike or car.

All parts of the house are accessible except the garage. It is partitioned off as the owner has a wood shop. Guests will have access to the breaker panel and a door to access garbage cans outside.

The home is in a quiet neighborhood in the center of Jupiter, FL. The property sits on a creek that provides access to the Loxahatchee River, the Intracoastal Waterway, the Jupiter Inlet & The Atlantic Ocean. Some of the best beaches in the country are less than 4 miles east. We are very centrally located close to restaurants, cafes, coffee shops etc. See our house manual for recommended places to explore.

Children under 12 must be supervised at all times. Guests must ensure that the safety fence stays installed preventing access to the pool and creek without adult supervision.

SAFETY - Please ensure safety gate is installed around pool & creek for children under12. QUIET - This is a family neighborhood absolutely NO PARTIES & respect for the neighbors is a must. Abide by the 9p - 9a quiet time - this is a place for you to relax not to party.

RENTAL KAYAKS - please use at your own risk . Must use the safety jacket that is provided & follow rules provided by the outfitter of choice. Make sure you bring your phone & understand the water prior to embarking on your trip
