There is a full kitchen in the upstairs apartment but review the pictures closely as there is no dining room, eat in kitchen or living room. You have your own private entrance and unit, but the common spaces (patio, grill, pool, etc.) are shared amongst all guests. We ask that you are respectful of other guests staying at the property. Please respect quiet hours around the pool from 9pm - 8am.

The Pool is heated to 85° during the day from December to April. IMPORTANT: heating speed depends on the outdoor temperature and the temperature may not be optimal due to weather. The control panel is for management use only. Any evidence of tampering with the pool heater will result in a $500 fine and any cost associated with repairs. To heat the pool outside of December - April, there is a $30 fee per night. A maximum of 1 dog is welcome with an added pet fee. Please let us know the breed and weight when inquiring about a pet. We have the right to refuse dogs younger than 1 year and certain breeds (unfortunately Labradors are not welcome). THERE IS A $500 FINE FOR ANY PETS ON THE PROPERTY WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION.
