Important House Rules and Policies

To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:

We absolutely adore animals! 🐶🐱 However, to ensure the comfort of guests with allergies, pets are generally not allowed at this home.

That said, exceptions may be possible with prior approval from the owner and a $100 pet fee. Please reach out to us in advance if you'd like to request an exception!

☀ Smoking Policy

🚭 Smoking is permitted only outside the property.
Please dispose of smoking materials responsibly.
Fine: A $500 fee will be imposed if evidence of smoking is found inside the home after checkout.
☀ Noise Ordinance

🔇 Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM.
Noise, including talking and music, should not disturb neighbors during these hours.
☀ No Parties

🎉 Parties of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Only registered guests are permitted on the property during your stay.
☀ Security Cameras

🎥 Security cameras are installed outside the property for guest safety.
Tampering, covering, or moving the cameras without host consent will result in a $100 fine.


🚫 No Eating in Bedrooms
To keep our bedrooms clean and pest-free, we do not allow eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Please enjoy meals in the dining or common areas only.

🧺 Linen & Towel Care
We kindly ask guests to avoid using towels or linens for makeup removal, cleaning, or anything that may cause permanent stains.
Fee: A $50 replacement fee per item will apply if linens, towels, or bedding are stained beyond reuse.
