Beachcomber's Nook~relaxing and serene setting

This is a brand new listing as of January 2025, which is why we do not have any reviews yet. But, I have 10 other properties all with 5 star ratings! We just had brand new sofas and a new kitchen table and chairs delivered. We are awaiting new coffee tables and TV console in the next week or two. These pictures do NOT reflect some of the new furniture. We plan to have new pictures taken as soon as the remaining furniture gets delivered.

Charming 2-Bed, 2-Bath Ground-Floor Villa with Private Wooded Views located on the ground of the Omni Amelia Island resort (previously known as the Amelia Island Plantation.)

Vacation in this inviting villa, perfectly designed for comfort and relaxation. The tiled entryway leads to a bright, recently upgraded kitchen, while the spacious dining and living areas flow seamlessly to a large, covered rear patio—ideal for unwinding amidst serene, wooded surroundings.

We are a pet friendly property and will allow one dog up to 50 lbs for a $100 pet fee. You must get prior permission to bring any other pet that does not fit the description above.

The primary suite features a king bed, private patio access, and an en-suite bath. The 2nd bedroom offers flexibility with two queen beds, a private bath, a wet bar, and a mini-fridge, along with its own patio entrance. Thoughtful touches throughout include Whirlpool tubs, lighted vanity mirrors, glass shower enclosures, and elegant granite countertops. Convenience is key with two stacked washer/dryer systems and three smart TV's.

The Omni Resort offers an unparalleled experience, featuring over three miles of unspoiled beaches and a myriad of waterways to explore. Nestled amidst a lush forest of live oaks, you'll relish in the abundance of walking and biking paths. Within walking distance from our condo, the Omni Resort presents a diverse array of shops and restaurants, including a charming miniature golf course nestled among the majestic live oaks. Nature enthusiasts will marvel at the diverse wildlife, from birds to turtles, crabs, and occasional manatee sightings in their natural habitat.

While this property is not a rental through Omni Amelia Island Resort, guests still have access to the resort's walking and biking trails, spa, nature center, putt-putt, and more. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy various courses in the Amelia Area, including Oak Marsh located on the grounds of the Omni Resort. Bike and golf cart rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that this rental does not grant access to certain resort privileges or amenities like the main hotel pool and fitness center, and Racquet Park is exclusively open to club members and their guests.

We do provide 4 Tommy Bahama Beach chairs, as well as beach toys for the kids for your use.

My name is Michelle Sheintal and as your vacation host, you are a priority to me, and I am 'on call' to help you with anything you need during your stay ~ including any problems that could arise or to assist in guidance for fun activities and restaurant suggestions. My cleaners and handy men live nearby and can easily address any issues that need their attention during your stay. I am just a call or text away! We prioritize your satisfaction and convenience, with our team readily available to address any needs during your stay.


Enjoy the community’s gated courtyard pool or take a bike ride or golf cart ride to the beach.

After booking is confirmed, we may require other additional information such as email address (needed for gate access into our community), government ID if you are not a US citizen, and a phone number that you can be reached out within the United States. You will also be required to sign our rental agreement that will be sent to you after booking. Failure to sign this agreement can be grounds to cancel your reservation.

We do collect a $350 refundable deposit on every booking. Your credit card on file will be hit with a "pending only" charge a few days before your departure and will automatically fall off your card within a few days if there is no damage to our property.
Must be 25 to rent. Person that has booked the stay in their name must be one of the people staying in the unit. No parties are allowed. No smoking in the condo or on the balcony.

We have the right to cancel and/or evict your from the unit if any of the house rules are broken.
