This meticulously maintained three bedroom two bath ground floor condo has been owned by the same owners since it was built.

Check out the show stopping kitchen! Large island with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, fully equipped and list goes on! Added bonus are two coffee makers, a regular one and a Keurig. You'll have plenty of space to entertain. There's room for six at the table and three at the bar. One guest bedroom will welcome you with a queen bed as the other has two twin beds, a TV and shared hall bathroom. In the guest bathroom is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

The master bedroom evokes relaxation with a roomy garden tub and king bed. Walk straight out to the screened porch from the bedroom to enjoy your favorite cocktail or cup of coffee. Starter paper products, bed linens and bath towels are provided.

All of our condos have a guest book and a frame with the WiFi information Be sure to take a peak inside the guest books for coupons, fun things to do, a little history about Myrtle Beach and a few other things!

Located in The Fairways at River Oaks. This community offers a great getaway with a large pool and picnic area just a short walk from the condo doorstep. Amenities include a large pool, kiddie pool, jacuzzi and plenty of lounge chairs for sunning. Picnic area has communal charcoal grill, picnic table and gazebo for guests enjoyment. Additional charcoal grill located just outside condo.

Location is perfect with quick and easy access to major roads- 501, 17, 22 and 31 for an easy drive to all of Myrtle Beach's many tourist attractions and the various beach locations. Only a 5 mile drive to the closest beach and the same distance to Broadway at the Beach, this centrally located condo will have you returning each year!
