Welcome to newly renovated entire basement unit , not including upstairs. Spacious 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms apartment.

Located Richmond Hill.quiet and peaceful neighbourhood.
Walking distance to plaza ,convenience store,supermarket,restaurant ,pharmacy, bus stop, etc.
Include free parking on site. ïŒmaximum 2 cars)
Reliable internet connection, with hi- speed WiFi.
There are separate entrance (side door) but through the laundry room& hallway.
Self check in available.(check in after 3:00pm)
This superb property boasts 3 cozy bedrooms - 2 queen beds, 1 sofa bed, and 1 full bed. With 2 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and showers, guests will feel right at home. The living room offers an additional space with a sofa bed for extra relaxation. Enjoy amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine during your stay.
