Personal documents
Upon arrival at the accommodation facility, guests provide the host with the personal documents (ID cards or passports) of all persons using the accommodation services in order to register guests in the Evisitor application. Personal documents will be immediately returned to the owner.
Registration of guest stay
The host is obliged to register your stay as regulated by his obligations to the competent state authorities of the Republic of Croatia, the Residence Tax Act and the Residence of Foreigners Act.
Registration fees: Guests have no additional costs, the host covers the registration fees and tourist tax
Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the house
The price includes towels, bed linen, kitchen towels, toilet paper, liquid soap, cleaning and dishwashing detergents, and laundry detergent. Bed linen is changed with each guest change, and guests staying for more than 7 days are given clean bed linen that the guests change themselves. Each guest has two large and two medium towels available, which are located in the bathroom and are used exclusively in the bathroom. Used towels and bed linen are left in the accommodation facility so that the host can wash them.
While using the holiday home, you are responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness yourself, and for disposing of household waste in a designated place in the house (in the bathroom and in the kitchen). A large waste disposal bin is located near the entrance to the house by the stairs, a green container for biological waste, yellow for plastic, and blue for paper and cardboard.
We ask guests to take care of the environment, to take care of the rented accommodation unit and to treat the furniture and equipment in the interior and exterior of the house with respect.
Host's entry into the house
The host does not have the right to enter the rented holiday home without notice and permission or in the absence of the guest, nor to touch or use the guest's personal property. The host may enter the property without the guest's presence only in cases where he has a reasonable suspicion that the property or the guest's property is in danger and when he justifiably suspects a gross violation of the house rules. The owner is obliged to inform the guests of his entry at the first subsequent contact. In the event that the host has a reasonable suspicion that damage has been caused and when he justifiably suspects a violation of the house rules, the guests are obliged to allow him to enter the accommodation unit for inspection.
Guest's property
Guests are asked to take care of their belongings and valuables left in the accommodation unit, as the host is not responsible for their possible disappearance. The host will do everything in his power to protect the property and warn the guest about possible dangers. Also, please do not leave valuables in cars.

House security
It is not allowed to bring weapons, flammable and explosive substances, and substances with a strong or unpleasant odor into the house. Furthermore, it is not allowed to bring electrical appliances into the house for which you have not received the host's consent. The electricity consumption included in the accommodation price does not include unusual additional electrical appliances, and additional electricity costs will be charged for each appliance found in the apartment, regardless of whether it is used or not. This rule does not apply to electrical appliances for personal care.
When going outside, we ask guests to turn off electrical appliances (except for one light fixture), turn off the taps, close the windows and lock the doors.
Night peace
During the night's rest, from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, noise is not welcome in the building and the immediate grounds, i.e. on the terrace, yard and garden, due to disturbing the neighbors.
Violation of the house rules (noise, disorder, noise) gives the host the right to deny you your stay to your detriment.
In addition to appealing for appropriate adult behavior, please also pay attention to the behavior of children when playing, especially creating drafts and slamming doors.
Bringing in unregistered guests
Persons who are not guests of the rented accommodation are not allowed to arrive, stay overnight or stay all day, nor use the inventory without the host's permission. If unregistered or unannounced persons are found, the host has the full right to cancel the accommodation for all guests.
Damage compensation to the host
A guest who intentionally or unintentionally causes a breakdown or damage to the property will have to compensate the host for the full amount of the damage. It is not allowed to remove furniture and appliances without special permission. We ask for responsible behavior and handling. On the day of departure, the guest is obliged to personally invite the host to inspect the used facility and household appliances in his presence in order to prove that he did not cause any damage. You are obliged to compensate for any damage on the spot. Only then does the guest have the right to leave the accommodation. All damage caused that is not reported upon departure will be claimed from the guest later through court.
Equipment or appliance failure
In the event of equipment or appliance failure in the accommodation unit, please notify the host immediately, and they will try to fix it as soon as possible.
Arrival and departure
The accommodation unit is available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and until 10:00 AM on the day of departure. We kindly ask you to leave the accommodation by 10:00 AM on the day of departure so that it can be cleaned and prepared for other guests who arrive after you and have the right to enter from 4:00 PM. The keys must be returned at the end of your stay.
You are obliged to leave the property you have rented in the same condition as you found it upon arrival - clean, tidy and undamaged. The host thoroughly arranges and cleans the house after each guest change.
Non-observance of house rules
A guest who does not comply with the house rules and basic rules of behavior and disturbs the peace will be unconditionally canceled accommodation without refund, all for the purpose of protecting his property and preventing actions that could result in physical injury to guests, all because of non-observance of the house rules and basic rules of behavior in the house. In case of cancellation of accommodation by the host due to violation of house rules, the guest will be charged the entire amount of the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the house.We suggest all smokers to use the space on the terrace for smoking with the use of ashtrays.
For safety reasons, please be extremely CAREFUL when lighting decorative candles. Be sure to consider possible fire hazards.
Lighting a fire
It is not allowed to light fires outside designated areas. The fire can be lit in the outdoor grill.
Please be especially careful when using the outdoor grill. Make sure the fire is extinguished when leaving the house and do not leave the fireplace unattended.
