Monthly cleaning of shared spaces is provided, and a minimum stay of 30 days is required to ensure a sense of community and comfort.

Guests must be LGBTQ+ friendly and contribute to maintaining a respectful and welcoming atmosphere for all.

This is a communal home where you’ll live with myself and up to three other traveling professionals, creating a stable, familiar environment. Common areas are shared and include:

- Three living rooms (two with TVs)
- Two full bathrooms (unlimited hot water)
- Multiple fridges and food storage options
- A fully stocked kitchen
- A backyard with a picnic table for outdoor dining.
- Laundry Room

Each bedroom is private and has a unique key, so your personal space remains secure.

I live in the house and enjoy interacting with guests as roommates. Whether it's cooking together or simply chatting after a long day, I love fostering a social and friendly environment. However, I also respect your privacy and am always available for help if needed. You can reach out anytime with questions or requests.

To make your stay hassle-free, I provide all essential household items, such as laundry detergent, cooking basics, dish soap, toilet paper, and fresh towels. A monthly cleaning service takes care of the common areas, though I do ask that everyone helps keep our shared spaces clean and tidy in between.

With up to five people living here, it’s important to maintain consideration for others. Please clean up after yourself in the kitchen so that everyone has a welcoming space to cook. Although living with others can sometimes require adjustment, it’s also a great way to form new friendships and enjoy communal experiences.
