The North Shores Cottage is situated on 2 acres with the cottage being set back from the lake on an elevated parcel of land. This provides beautiful views of the lake and a little more privacy from the neighboring lake homes on either side of the property. Take a short walk down the path and across the gravel service road onto the .57 acre waterfront yard that comes with this property. This lake level yard provides plenty of space for outdoor games, a fire pit and 6 adirondack chairs, a dock and 110 feet of lake frontage.
