Gillade: Renlighet, bekvämligheter, boendets skick och faciliteter och kommunikation

The apartment is older but very well kept and clean. All the amenities were there, coffee pot, clothes washer and dryer, large TV, central air, dish washer, 2 large comfortable beds, etc. Parking is readability available, but we used Uber for travel in Las Vegas. There is a fully equipped mini mart 2 blocks away and a large supermarket 4 blocks away, easy walking distance. We highly recommend this choice for staying in Las Vegas, vs most of the hotels which don't even supply a coffee pot in the rooms now.

Gillade inte: Renlighet, kommunikation och annonsens riktighet

Not good.

There were several issues, the first being poor communication. Four times I asked for Wi-Fi password and never was provided it. In fact the only time the host replied in a timely manner was when I said we were leaving. I was told to use a barcode on the modem which gave two Wi-Fi connections one was unsecured and I suppose we were supposed to use that The other required a password. The unsecured one did not work. There were no instructions for how to leave the property or anything else. The second problem was lack of everything. For example there was a coffee maker but no coffee mugs. There were four towels but no washcloths, no hand towels, no dish towels. There were three glasses and two bowls in a place advertised for four people. Kitchen utensils were tiny plastic forks and spoons. The dishes were dirty in the cabinet. I had to wash everything before we used it including the plasticware some of which was dirty. There is no way anyone could have cooked in this apartment as there were no cooking supplies. There was an open exposed electrical outlet and a weird hole drilled in the wall in the living area with the modem wire running through it.
