This is an amazing place to stay in the heart of Savannah’s historical sites. You are within walking distance to so many restaurants and cute shops. This is the best way to visit Savannah!

This was a great place to stay. The biggest plus was that we didn’t have to pay for parking! Such a convenient location. We didn’t even need to use our vehicle while in Savannah, everything was a 5-15 minute walk. The space was clean, spacious, and located in a quieter area.

This condo is in a prefect location and is in excellent condition. They provided so many conveniences and the entire experience was wonderful. We will definitely stay there again! There's plenty of room, the unit was incredibly clean and just beautiful. The building is so attractive, and the balcony was spacious and a great place to relax. what a perfect experience. Would definitely stay there again!

Great parking situation and in working distance to many things down town. Didn’t need to use our car once while there and saved a fortune on parking with the free private spot included. Would book again in the future if we are ever back in the area.

A Wonderful Holiday in Savannah

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The place was great, perfect location, walking accessible. Easy to access and easy parking. The only feedback I have is; 1) the bed is very small for the place, I wish it was a king. 2) it’s a perfect location on a very noisy street… just something to keep in mind. However, I would recommend and stay again.

Loved my stay at the Bird Baldwin house with my dogs. It’s a beautiful with lots of space and storage. It was very close to squares for dog walking and also to some restaurants and coffee shops. Host communication was great. I would stay here again.

A lovely property with full kitchen and beautifully appointed bedroom with living room. The only issue was we had extremely heavy rain and one of the bedroom windows had a leak. I would recommend the gutters be thoroughly checked and the window as well. Hate to see such a nice place get ruined by rain!

The house was beautiful, clean, and in an amazing location. The communication from the host was excellent. I also liked how secure the property was. Savannah is a very walkable city and I walked everywhere during my stay, the location was great for that. Highly recommended. If I’m in Savannah again I will stay here again, not even a question.

My wife and I reserved the Bird Baldwin House for several days as we prepared to move from Savannah. The reservation and check in were seamless. Communication with the host was always timely and helpful. The apartment was immaculate and well supplied. There was a bit of noise from the street at night, but one should expect that given that Liberty Street is a main road through Savannah. The location was excellent and provided access to a variety of venues and restaurants. The convenience of Savannah Roasters and FraLi Gourmet was a blessing for breakfast and dinner. The pet friendly attitude was also appreciated! We very much enjoyed our stay. One thing renters should know is that there is no elevator to the second floor so individuals with mobility issues might have challenges. Would definately stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Savannah. The rooms were beautifully appointed and the bed was super comfortable. The parking spot was immediately adjacent and very convenient. The location was great. Located in the historical district, we were adjacent to so many of the beautiful attractions in Savannah. We enjoyed our strolls to Forsyth Park for daily breakfast with our pup in tow. We’d definitely recommend this location for your stay in Savannah.

1st Time in Savannah!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time in Savannah. The rental property was just right for 2 people and the location could not have been better. Loved having a coffee shop right next door and we shopped at the Italian market and stocked up for home. The apartment was clean and stocked. I would suggest a full length mirror on the back of the closet door for getting dressed for the day. Overall, great experience and we will definitely be back. Thanks to you all.

Was a great location, central to everything, but still have the character of Savannah. The second floor is key, eventhough you are overlooking the parking, it is still great to have a drink or meal on the deck. Most of what you need for fixing a meal is available, bring own spices or condiments. Heard a bit of floor creaking or chairs moving, but otherwise dont hear the neighbors. Bring a fan or sound machine for the road out front noise at night. The parking spot was great, to not have to worry about that. Would definitely stay there again and recommend for anyone staying in Savannah.

Loved the Iconic Bird Baldwin Parlor!

Suite was beautiful, well appointed and fit our anniversary celebration perfectly. Great location, parking, trolley tours within walking distance. Everything was within walking distance of our suite and it is a pet friendly property which allowed us the convenience of being in the middle of everything.Savannah Coffee Roasters are next door with great coffee and food. Bonus: St. Patrick’s Day Parade and festivities. We would love to stay here again!

Lovely stay at Bird Baldwin House

We loved the unit we in which we stayed. It was comfortable and clean. The decor was lovely as well. The bathroom vanity is small - just a pedestal sink, but would not prevent me from coming back! Also, there is a fair amount of nighttime vehicle noise but again, this would not prevent us from returning! Walkable to a lot that Savannah has to offer!

I had a lovely time in Savannah at the Bird Baldwin House! It was a mother daughter trip and we wanted to stay somewhere special. My daughter’s name is savannah and she has always wanted to visit Savannah GA. The location was absolutely perfect and we walked everywhere. The apartment is exactly as described. Beautiful, comfortable, and convenient. Private parking was great since we had a loaded down car and I was concerned with parking it just anywhere.
