Hi, weâre the Williams family! My husband grew up in Homosassa, where some of his best childhood memories were made on the riverâfishing, exploring, and enjoying the water. When we had our son, we knew we wanted to give him the same experiences, so we found our perfect escape right here in Crystal River.
Our condo has become our retreat from the everydayâa place where life slows down, and the water becomes our playground. Whether weâre fishing, swimming, snorkeling, or just cruising the bay, thereâs no better way to unwind and reconnect with nature.

But our favorite part of each day is waking up in the morning, stepping out onto the balcony, and taking in the peaceful sights and sounds of natureâthe gentle rustling of the trees, birds singing, and the occasional splash from the water. It's the perfect way to start the day in this little slice of paradise!

The condoâs location also offers easy access to great dining, shopping, and local attractions, all while maintaining a quiet, peaceful environment. Whether youâre looking for a fresh seafood dinner, a guided fishing trip, or a scenic nature walk, everything is just a short drive or boat ride away.
Another thing that makes our condo special is its direct waterfront access. With a private dock just steps from the covered porch, you can bring your boat and set off on the water whenever you like. Even if you donât have a boat, you can still fully embrace the waterfront lifestyle.
