House set off the Intercoastal w/pool & playground
3 bdr, 2 bath house. Sits on a half acre of a full acre property. 20 x 20 addition living room which is the front entrance and also connects to a door to walk out on the covered porch and a fenced front yard. There is 2 sleeper sofaâs and 2 recliners. Entering the main house is another living room, a big open kitchen with an island and a dining area. Off the kitchen is the coffee bar which has a side door entrance and exit to the playground, firepit, and swimming pool area. Bedroom 1 is the master and has a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a garden tub and a 5ft walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds. 3rd bedroom has a full bed and twin bunk bed. All rooms have TVs. Included is a laundry shed with 2 washers and 2 dryers. The outdoor space is shared with my other half-acre and has 3 rental cabins. This listing is for the house and outdoor pool/playground area only. This house will be listed as a whole property with 3 cabins/house together.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
A quite peaceful road 2 minutes from the Harbor for launching your boat. Very family oriented but don't discount the fishing groups because they enjoy also. It's great to enjoy the beach all day and return to bbq, relax in the pool with beautiful sunsets. There is something for everyone, coffee on the porch in the mornings and watch the beautiful sunrise.

An acre of quite peaceful setting. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Everything you need is here. After a day at the beach, the pool is a welcome relaxing place to watch the sunset. No other place like it here in Matagorda. Kiddo's have a playground. Nighttime firepit is a joy to sit around.
