Could this place BE any friendlier? Discover this delightful 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath gem in Davenport. Spend your vacation immersed in our FRIENDS themed townhome! Drink coffee on the orange couch of Central Perk. Play Joey and Chandlers foosball table. Take a photo with Pat the Dog. Try to guess the episodes referenced in our "hall of quotes." Watch the entire 10 seasons of FRIENDS with the DVDs provided.

We are centrally located, 10 miles from Disney, about 17 miles from Universal & Sea World, and about 65 miles from either beach coast. Plenty of food and shopping nearby.
There are 2 assigned parking spaces.
Maximum 6 guests.

There is a doorbell camera on the side porch and a security light-up camera on the back porch.
Keypad for self-check in. Code changed for every reservation.
Initial supply of household necessities provided. Kitchen will have 4 trash bags, dish soap and dishwashing liquid. We provide towels, wash cloths and hand towels based on the number of guests in your reservation. There is a laundry room with a small supply of laundry detergent if you need to wash them. You will find an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap. If you run out and you need more there are numerous places nearby to purchase them.
Fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher and stove.
Tv's in all 3 bedrooms, 1 in living room, and 1 in Central Perk.
Wireless internet and cable provided.
We treat for insects but it's Florida and impossible to keep them all out. To help keep your visit bug free please don't leave food or beverages on the counters and wipe up crumbs.
No parties of any kind are permitted.
