Remember that time you were looking for the perfectly stylish (and clean!) 30A beach cottage?! You know, the one that's right in the middle of all the action but yet peaceful enough to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee in the morning listening to the birds on the screened in porch. The one that has private beach access and a gorgeous resort sytle pool that only a small group of other properties has access to. The one with dreamy beds, all the kitchen essentials you could dream of, bikes, golf cart and a bed swing on the screened in porch with views of woods perfect for an afternoon nap! You just found it!

Zee be the Sea is located in the heart of 30A in Phase 2 of the quaint neighborhood of Magnolia Cottages by the Sea. Just a short bike ride from Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, The Big Chill (formerly The Hub), WaterSound and three (3) beautiful state parks.

Built in 2019, this cottage has been thoughtfully decorated with high end finishes, custom furniture, beautiful custom artwork and designer touches. Lovingly cared for and passionately focused on the details, this 4 bedroom / 4.5 bath cottage is perfect for families. Each generously sized bedroom contains its own private full bathroom, upstairs king suite has an outdoor shower! Luxury interior and exterior features include wood and tile floors throughout, quartz countertops in the kitchen and all bathrooms, marble showers, tankless water heater, KitchenAid appliances, additional ice maker to fill your coolers, barn doors, shiplap, wainscoting, designer light fixtures, cotton sheets and luxury white cotton towels and gas grill.

Take the 6-seater electric golf cart or one of the 5 bikes (5 adult bikes and 1 adult trike) to the beach, just minutes away (1/2 mile) and accessible by private deeded access. Zee by the Sea provides beach towels, chairs and two (2) soft-sided coolers, making packing to come visit our little slice of paradise a breeze. An additional security deposit for the golf cart is required when booking.

For low key days, visit the private resort style community (seasonaly heated) pool just a few steps away and shared by only the homes in Phase 2 or enjoy some serenity on the private screened porch outfitted with comfortable furniture, a twin size bed swing, double ceiling fans and string lights to set the mood. The grill (purchased in 2022) is ready for some awesome evenin meals right outside the front door.

Two outdoor showers, a fully stocked kitchen, smart TVs in each bedroom and living room and onsite washer and dryer (new in September, 2022) make this the perfect cottage for making memories!

Not your typical vacation rental. Our cottage is extremely clean and well maintained. A place for our own family and friends, we are active hosts with very high standards. No detail has been forgotten! New furniture throughout!

*Maximum occupancy is 10 guests (8 adults max). Home is perfect for two (2) families.

*Two (2) car maximum. We do not have any additional parking available.

*Guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement with the owners and provide a copy of their drivers license and car insurance card.

*Golf cart is a Florida licensed low speed vehicle and may only be driven by a licensed driver on roads with a speed limit of 35 mph or less. There is golf cart parking for the beach access at the front of the neighborhood. Florida low speed vehicle rules laws will be provided.

*The closest beach access requires guests to be able to climb multiple flights of stairs. There is a public access with a ramp approximately 2-3 miles in both directions.

*Renters must be 25 years or older.

*No parties or events.

*No smoking. No pets.

Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from the third week in May to the first week in August. We offer 5-night rentals March - April, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. You must be at least 25 in order to rent this property.
