The Palmer was designed to reflect the rhythm of the desert. Organic textures, soft earth tones, and spaces to settle in, slow down, and feel the warmth of the desert unfold around you.
Next to Old Town Scottsdale, The Palmer balances convenience and stillness, with the best of the city within walking distance.

• A fully stocked kitchen, warm wood, stone countertops, a Nespresso for slow mornings
• Four serene bedrooms, layered in linen, neutral tones, and organic textures
• Three minimalist bathrooms, spa-like and simple
• A private backyard, with a heated pool, lawn games, and space to unwind

• Primary Suite | King bed, en-suite bath
• Primary Suite 2 | Queen bed, en-suite bath
• Bedroom 3 | Queen bed
• Bedroom 4 | Two twin beds
Settle into a home filled with warmth, light, and natural simplicity. Welcome to The Palmer.
Guests have full access to the home, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. The heated pool, backyard lounge, and thoughtfully designed living areas are yours to enjoy. A keyless entry system allows for seamless self-check-in and check-out. Driveway parking is available.
We are available throughout your stay should you need anything, but we respect your privacy and give you space to enjoy the home. Whether you prefer a completely hands off experience or would like recommendations for the best local spots, we’re here when you need us.
• Must be 25+ in order to book.
• Pool & Spa Heating - $75 per day (2-day minimum) *Need 48-hour advanced notice, must be paid prior to arrival, 2 night minimum
• NO PARTIES - all visitors must be listed on reservation and by name on rental contract. No unregistered guests may be on the premises without prior approval.
• Quiet hours after 9PM are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.
• Full acceptance of the landlord`s Rental Contract required within three days of booking acceptance.
• EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT: Not available at this time.
• Locals must message before booking.
