Denna lägenhet har en fantastisk fri utsikt över havet från inte bara fronten, utan från två sovrum. Det är en hörnenhet, så det finns fönster på sidorna så att du också får en fantastisk soluppgång. Du kan se havet från att lägga i sängen eller soffan! Den är dekorerad med ett strandtema och är ljust och glad. Det finns täckt parkering direkt under lägenheten och tvättstugan och hissen ligger precis runt hörnet. Enheten har renoverats med nya granitbänkar, skåp, apparater, handfat, toaletter, möbler, sängkläder och färg genom hela. Det finns två badrum och två sovrum med dubbelsängar. Det tredje sovrummet har en full storlek säng och är liten utan dörr. Det finns gott om sittplatser i vardagsrummet inklusive en bekväm bäddsoffa i drottningen (sängkläder i garderoben). Huvudpoolen ligger bredvid lägenheten och det finns 2 badtunnor - bara en trappa. Poolen går från 0 till 8 fot djup, så den är bra för barn i alla åldrar. Denna lägenhet är mitt i allt! Stor gångbarhet och på vagnslinjen. Dessa lägenheter ligger inom gångavstånd från:

Beautiful Condo

The property is just as advertised along the Gulf Expwy. There is plenty of covered and open parking and the checkin (Paul) was extremely friendly and helpful. The inside was clean and decorated nicely. It is a tight fit into the 3rd bedroom but the remainder of the place is spacious and beautiful. Definitely would stay again.

Couldn’t ask for a better location

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to be there, but my family was and they had the best time. I have been there before so I knew how good the location was but my family didn’t. They just went on and on about how good it was for all kinds of things attractions restaurants, they were just busy nonstop. This particular condo was above and beyond my expectations.

Adorable and Close to Beach

The condo was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The complex was a little old, but had two well kept pools and hot tubs. The condo is right across from the beach and only two blocks away from a light to cross Seawall Blvd which allows access down to the beach.

Stop-over on the way to cruise

We chose this property because it was close to Moody Gardens as well as the cruise port. This particular unit suited our family of 6 best, as it has two bathrooms. The unit was clean and well-kept. The kitchen had most amenities required, even for a longer stay. The unit is very close to the hot-tubs and not far from the pools. The elevator in the building is not working though, so fortunately we only had to carry our big suitcases up one flight of stairs. The property was close to retail (Walmart) and restaurants too (buffet restaurant, waffle house, and McDonalds). Nice view of the ocean.

It’s was great location next to and walking distance to beach, Walmart and anything you really need.

It’s was easy to rent this property and owners are easy to get in touch with if needed. The property was clean, updated and exactly what we needed for our family. The best part was it was beach front ams had a great view.

A wonderful place for a family of 4!

We had such a great stay and the condo was just perfect for a family of four (including 2 adult sons). Everyone had a room for themselves and there was plenty of room for us all. The kitchen was great and well-stocked with utensils and cookware. The beds were super comfy. And the best part was the wonderful view of the beach from our patio, living area, and master bedroom. We loved it all!

Summer Vaca

Everything was neat and tidy. Had everything we needed, but did have to make a run to the store for paper towels and trash bags. One bedroom very small with no door, but still worked for what we needed. Overall, nice location and condo for a quick family vaca.

The bed in the master bedroom is wore out and the shower in the guest bathroom was extremely hard to use. The property right beside the condo has a ton of extremely bright led security lights that are so bright that my wife woke up in the middle of the night and thought I left the bedroom light on.NO EXAGGERATING. The condo had a very unpleasant smell

Better than expected!

The corner unit was great! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the waves. The décor in the bedrooms has apparently been redone recently. It looked so fresh and inviting! There was plenty of room for the grandkids to play. They loved the “mushroom” pool that was very close to the condo. We could park right under the condo and go up one flight of stairs.

Clean Condo in a Great Location

The condo was very clean and the check in process was a breeze. Convenient parking spots available in the parking garage out of the sun/heat. Complex pools were well used and slightly murky, but felt great after spending time at the beach just across the road. Downside to this being an end unit is that the security lights on the outside of the building made it appear day time all night long. The condo is smaller feeling than the impression we had seeing the photos, but it worked well for our group and we'd stay here again.

The property was convenient for what we needed, just misleading in size. One lamp in the living area does not have a knob to turn it off and on; it is not big enough for 6 adults; the entryway was dirty; the bath mats need to be washed or replaced; the door in the master bath between the sinks and toilet/shower area does not lock; there was mold in the main shower.

With your back to the ocean our condo is the first one on the right, just above the parking garage. The stairs and the elevator are very near our unit. Lockbox code 5960

Guidelines:
Please be respectful of our home and treat it as if it were yours.
Register your vehicle/vehicles in the front office at the circle drive. There will be a $35 fee plus tax that covers 2 vehicles. There will be another $35 charged if there is a 3rd car which this fee will cover the 4th car too. Also ask the desk for the wifi code and codes for the pool and fitness center. These codes change frequently.
No pets
No smoking in unit
Please do your best to keep sand out of the condo.
Do not let children jump on beds.
Check in is 4pm. Check out is 11am. You will be charged for checking out late.
If myself or my housekeeper is not there for check in, I will put a key in the lockbox to the right of the door. CODE 5960
Please put all soiled towels and rags in the bathtub upon leaving.
Leave beds unmade with sheets on upon leaving. If sleeper sofa is used, please leave sofa bed unfolded.
