Good experience

Great visit to Florida. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated as pictured. We found plenty of restaurants that had re-opened since the Fall hurricane and also made good use of the huge pool & patio area

The overall place and stay was wonderful but the kitchen didn't have any paper towels, trash bags, soap (dish or dishwasher), dish towels, or a dish cloth. I understand I'm responsible for providing additional disposable products as needed but there weren't even any small amounts to even start with and I had to buy a dish towel and dish cloth.

Shower access and safety

We booked this condo because of the the shower seat seen in the photo. My husband is handicapped. There was no shower safety bar. The shower head was replaced by management with one having a long hose.

Great Vacation!!

We couldn’t have asked for a nicer unit or easier booking process for our Florida vacation! It was so clean and in a great location! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony each day and looking at the ocean!! We plan on staying here again in the future!!

Long overdue vacation

No complaints about the stay. The only thing missing was a cooler, so we bought one and left it for the next guests. Very relaxing and necessary vacation time.

Nice place to stay. One downfall was having to carry a key around to get around outside and on to the beach and in pool area. Also, you have to be out of the pool and hot tub at dusk.

Perfect for couples

Condo was clean as advertised well stocked with appliances. The view was spectacular and we had great weather. The only drawback was the keys, the door lock was extremely difficult to open and definitely needs to be replaced. All in all I experience was good.

The place was lovely top to bottom and simple things like having your own parking space undercover was a great touch. The building and grounds were kept to a very high standard and having gas BBQ saved a lot of hassle and time. The check in and out was quick and easy with friendly staff all around if you needed anything. A very pleasurable trip

Absolutely gorgeous!

This unit is absolutely stunning and was perfect for the 3 of us. My son (9) had a blast and loved opening the doors and gates for us, with the codes. We loved the family atmosphere of the entire complex, nothing like a resort at all. We had a total of 12 traveling with us and it was so easy to get around to each unit and meet in the garage or at the beach. We had a great vacation and would highly consider this unit again if we planned to visit the area again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed this condo, perfect location. The only thing lacking was beach chairs, but you could rent for $175 for the week right out front of the condo. We left a cooler and a beach chair to sit down by the water in. The bed was a little uncomfortable, so we purchased a foam topper for one side of the bed to help with how firm the mattress was and left it there as well. Would definitely stay here again, loved how quiet the area was.

Very nice property. Comfy bed. Pool access is trying. Too many locks, stairs etc. Property manager very responsive. We had minor issues that were remedied promptly...user error on tv remote. Thanks for a great stay.

Roomy with nice amenities and ocean view

The 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo was spacious and clean. The furniture was very nice, king bed was cozy, updated kitchen and bathroom. Only improvement needed is the front door locks need to be replaced. We had a difficult time locking the door and required a maintenance man to come and show me some "tips".
