The view WoW! If you want peaceful, laid back beach days this is the place for you! No huge crowds on the beach! The property manager and everyone we came in contact with that worked there was very pleasant and they took good care of us! We will definitely be back

Great condo for family with kids!

The condo was very clean and provided plenty of room for our family. Staff is very friendly. This was our first time staying at Sand Dollar, but most residents we talked to have been visiting there for years! The room also had beach towels and beach chairs which is a plus!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd annual family vacation to this property and the same condo! We are already planning for our 3rd! The condo has been updated a lot (update your pictures!) One of the bedrooms has brand new furniture and mattress. The kitchen cabinets are supplied with much more cooking items. And even better, more guests have left more stuff behind to share! We also donated to the beach closet and even donated another stroller! We hope that's ok! We just know how much we valued the stroller that was already provided so we thought we would spread the love! The staff are ALWAYS kind and welcoming. Property owners present are just as kind and welcoming. We have never had a complaint, and still really don't, just more of a suggestion if it's even fixable/manageable. We love taking a family picture on the pier, but it seems that the birds have really made it their home (which makes sense). However, the pier is covered in droppings. You can't sit or stand at the end of the pier to enjoy it as it's covered and rather pungent.

Large kitchen with large kitchen table. Beach is right there and balcony overlooks it all. Pool and Hot tub were perfect. Place is very secure. Met many really kind families at the pool and beach.

Great Condo

We really loved our stay! Annette at the front desk is/was THE BEST! So helpful, patient, and kind. The property was clean, pool and hot tub were amazing, parking right there was a bonus, condo had everything we needed, and the beach was great! The only thing that was disappointing, which isn’t affecting my rating, is the fishing pier and beach were closed for beach maintenance which we thought was odd during peak spring break season and didn’t understand why the pier couldn’t be opened at the end of each day it was closed. But again, this didn’t affect my rating because we also understand maintenance needs to be done.

Spring Break Family Vacation

We hate a great experience all around except trying to rebook for next year. Come to find out after staying here for 6 years there is no rental to fit us. Very disappointed as we love sand dollar and the area. It seems the next year booking process has become very tedious. Hopefully we can find something as we come with other family members and they were able to book a unit.

The stroller was a great added bonus and super helpful. Plenty of beach towels! The kitchen had a coffee pot, toaster, crockpot, several pots and pans, baking sheets, and blender. The washer and dryer in the unit was very beneficial, as we packed lightly and was able to wash clothes to wear again. The condo was very clean and had plenty of room to the point where we weren't walking over each other. The pool was very clean and we enjoyed the private pier. Hotel staff were very kind, personable, and helpful! Best hotel staff I have ever encountered! They were super accommodating and always had a smile on their face. The condo is located near several shops and places to eat, but you are not in the oversaturated part of the beach. The only complaint (if you want to call it that) was the several outlets were loose throughout the condo, making it impossible to charge devices, but it wasn't the end of the world.

The condo was great and so much room. Stayed with my parents, husband and our daughters who are 1 and 4. The beach is incredible, the pool is perfect and such great access to pop up to the room if needed. We will be back for sure!

They are friendly, helpful and truly want their temporary residence to enjoy their stay.They make us feel at home. We have been staying at Sea Oats for years for Labor Day with our family and they help us make it happen. Amazing how they had it up and running with 2 days of a hurricane.

Great stay and location

We loved our stay and plan on returning. We love the location and the area. Much quieter than the rest of St Pete. Highly recommend.

Great Family Vacation Condo

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was great with restaurants and putt putt a few minutes drive away! The beaches were clean and we enjoyed the extra space the condo provided! We will definitely be back!

Broken Dryer

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I wouldn’t stay with JC resort management again due to the fact that we were charged $50 after our stay for towels we couldn’t wash, due to having a dryer that didn’t dry. We couldn’t do our own laundry and we flew on a plane so that was important to us to pack less so we could do laundry. Also the entire time you have to show proof of a wrist band and we were charged for an extra wristband we didn’t have. I called a week ago to speak to someone and I’ve gotten the run around and no returned phone call. I called twice and they would said they would call me back. We come to the area twice a year and Sand Dollar is a place I wouldn’t recommend due to management.

HAD SOME MINOR PROBLEMS, MANAGMENT RESOLVED WHAT THEY COULD, AND REFUNDED WHAT THEY COULD NOT FIX DURING ARE STAY. OVERALL VERY HAPPY! COULD USE A FASTER ELAVATER!

Be careful. Slippery Tile Floors.

I fell and hurt my knee when getting out of bed. I also needed more laundry detergent, paper towels, warmer water in the shower. beverage cooler was falling apart.
