Fitted with Italian flooring; a well-equipped kitchen with custom granite countertops; the ideal home office away from home with a six foot desk, a proper office chair, and a 24" LCD display (just plug in your laptop); quality blackout drapes and a luxurious plush Queen size mattress topped with soft Egyptian cotton sheets for a good night's sleep; a Roku TV and iPhone-ready stereo; and more.

• Services Included. Utilities, Wi-Fi, gym and pool, weekly cleaning and linen service all included. Hulu + Live TV television service also can be provided if it is of interest, too.

• Weekly Cleaning & Laundry. Linen service of Egyptian cotton sheets and towels included weekly. Your clothes that do not need to be pressed or dry cleaned also can be laundered weekly for you at no extra charge. Self-serve washers and dryers additionally are available for your use at nominal cost.

•Enclosed Parking. This is a good location to go car-free, but parking directly downstairs in the enclosed parking garage also can be provided if requested when booking; get in touch for pricing and availability. Free enclosed bicycle parking is available, as well.

• Flexible Lease Term. Available for a 30-day or longer lease.
