For your peace of mind, our property is equipped with an exterior security camera: the doorbell facing the
yard front of the home.
Pool & Outdoor Space Rules:
âą Please observe quiet hours after 10 PM, or move gatherings inside.
âą No food or glass near the pool.
âą No divingâpool depth: 5ft at the deep end, 3ft at the shallow end, and 8-14 inches on the Baja shelf.
âą Swim at your own risk; no lifeguard is on duty, and guests assume all responsibility when using the pool.
âą Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area. The pool does not have a safety fence.
âą The deck is slippery when wet; please avoid running.
âą A $500/day charge applies if pool equipment is tampered with without permission.
