Spacious Home with Secure Features in Seattle

Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom house with a home office in South Seattle! This home features a modern design with a practical layout, and it's just a quick 10-minute walk to the light rail, making it very convenient to reach downtown Seattle or Sea-Tac Airport.

Please note that the property has Exterior Security Cameras. To ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for everyone, we have strict rules: NO SMOKING/VAPING, and NO PETS/ANIMALS are allowed. Thank you for your understanding!

• The House: it was built in 2021 with a contemporary design, high-end finishes, and a central heating & central AC system for year-round comfort.

• Open Living Area: Relax in the stylish living room, which features a new 100-inch smart TV and its high-quality sound system (note: the additional speakers are for decorative purposes only).

• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Featuring modern appliances, a coffee station, cookware, and utensils for preparing meals.

• 1st Floor Layout: In addition to the Living room and Open kitchen, this floor features a comfortable King-Size Bedroom and a Bathroom, ideal for guests who prefer staying on the main level.

• 2nd Floor Layout: Upstairs, you'll find two spacious Queen-Size Bed Bedrooms, a Bathroom, a Private Office with a standing desk and dual monitors, and a Laundry Room.

Secured Features:

• Exterior Security: The home is equipped with exterior cameras around the front and back yards, which are monitored via a live-streaming monitor displayed in the living room for added security. This allows you to view the entire exterior of the house.

• Free Secured Parking: A two-car garage and ample parking in the private driveway.

Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, with no shared spaces with other individuals or the owner during their stay.

However, please note that there are a few private, locked areas that guests will not have access to, which include:

- One closet downstairs
- Five kitchen cabinets
- One bedroom upstairs (the 5th bedroom)

These areas, as shown in the listing pictures, are locked for the owner's personal storage.

Guests will be provided with a smart lock code for entry, and the garage code will also be shared.

Additional Notes:

Retention Pond in Backyard: The property has a retention pond in the backyard. Please be mindful of the pond area for safety.

Garage Camera: A camera is also installed in the garage, but it will be covered and disconnected during your stay to ensure privacy.

Gillade: Renlighet, incheckning, kommunikation, plats och annonsens riktighet

This was an incredible home to stay in on our trip to Seattle! At only 10 minutes/about half a mile walk from the Rainier Beach light rail station, it was easy to get around to the places that we wanted to visit. The house itself is immaculately clean and designed for guests' comfort with so many little touches that made it so nice to stay in. To name a few of the nice touches: a full kitchen set-up with every utensil and type of cookware anyone might need, a Keurig that was so kindly stocked with supplies, a laundry room, and extra toiletries in the bathroom in case you forgot or ran out of something. Our every need was anticipated! Another huge positive was the property manager's promptness in responding to messages. We so appreciated her flexibility in the check-in process! The complimentary water bottles that were provided were also such a nice touch and helped us out so much in having something quick to grab before leaving the house. Thank you so much for this amazing rental...it's definitely a gem!
