We really enjoyed our stay here. The shared space layout is perfect for socializing and cooking with a big group. The kitchen is stocked with whatever you could possibly need. The ocean views from the top floor are fantastic.

It was a perfect place to celebrate out 40th Anniversary with our family! The house was so well stocked with everything you could possibly need! We intend to make it an annual trip with the family!

We loved staying here. We all wanted to stay longer. It was perfect for our family reunion. It was an easy drive to Depoe Bay and a quick walk to the beach. We would love to stay here again.

We had 5 families and a lot of kids between us all and this place couldn't have been more perfect! The rooms all felt very nice, there was plenty of living space for us to enjoy being together, and it is a very short walk to a fantastic family friendly beach! The host was very responsive and we loved staying here so much. Can't recommend enough.

Family reunion

Perfect location with incredible views from the balcony, across the street and just a quick walk to beach access. The house has every single thing you need with a fully stocked kitchen. Host was great to communicate with.

Such an awesome beach house-Perfect for bringing lots of people together for a special weekend. We were here to celebrate the life of a very special family member. The perfect setting to share memories and grieve her loss. The host replied to all my messages in a timely manner. Family enjoyed the hot tub and the space and big screen TV’s to watch their favorite college football games together. There are cordless phone chargers throughout the house, cozy throw blankets in each of the living room spaces, and lots of space to prepare and serve meals. It is difficult to park seven vehicles at the house due to the fact three of the vehicles have to be parked on the steep portion of the driveway going up to the house. There was street parking near by for 3 of our cars.

This home is equipped with everything you need to experience a great stay! We were lucky enough to have perfect weather and stunning sunsets. The owners communicated well with us and hosted us as they would have liked to be hosted. Any issues that might have come up were resolved quickly and kindly. We loved our stay at The Ebb & Flow! It was perfect for our group of 10 adults and 1 child. Plenty of large, comfortable beds for the adults and lots of bunk beds for the kiddo. (With the rooms divided between three floors and having so many bathrooms, it also allowed us plenty of space and privacy.) The house was the perfect resting stop between all of our adventures and was only a short walk to the beach, which felt very private due to so few people being out there. (Be prepared for lots of stairs or a steep incline to get to the beach, though!) Our host, Jessica, was phenomenal! She was very quick with responding, and we loved that she checked in to make sure our trip was going well. We will absolutely look to book with her again on our next trip out to the Oregon coast!

House is new and well furnished! Located near lots of restaurants and stores, and walking distance to the beach! Awesome host! Host is super responsive and on accommodating! We all had a good time! This house and other properties hosted by this host would be our first choice @ Lincoln City.

This is a wonderful new house with super comfortable beds in every room. Plenty of space for our family of 20 with excellent hang-out area with a large table that splits to provide eating space as well as activities for different groups. We had one group doing puzzles and one group doing games with couches for readers. The host, Jessica is extremely attentive and responsive to her guests.

Best vacation house I’ve ever visited

Hosted a reunion here with some of my oldest friends and the house was incredible. The day we arrived was the best weather and it was awesome to watch the sunset while BBQing on the Traeger on the deck. The kitchen and dining area was super spacious for our large group, and the host was helpful answering any questions we had.I slept better in one of the king beds than I had in years, and heard the same from other friends who were on the bunk beds. We also loved hanging out in the hot tub that fits six grown ups and dinking around on the arcade machine. I’m already planning a return trip with my extended family.

This is a beautiful and huge home great for lots of guests. Pros: big kitchen with lots of dishes, glassware and utensils; huge dining table space that can seat 18-20; lots of great individual sleeping spaces; nice bathrooms; beautiful ocean views off the deck; wonderful hot tub; lots of spaces to hang out; walking distance to easy beach access, laundry in home. Cons: Beds are pretty hard and the thin polyester bedding is very low quality for such a nice home (however, all beds and bedding were very clean), there is not much cookware if you’re cooking a big meal and need a lot of pots and pans (we made it work for us though), the driveway is extremely steep and challenging for cars to get back to the street without scraping underneath. Elderly people may struggle with the driveway and lots of stairs in the home-but it worked for us. Overall, this is one of the nicest and best homes in Lincoln City. Highly recommend.
