We had a leaking Ice Maker line and a few clogged sinks that needed attention. Called the number provided twice and it went to voicemail. Left a message and never heard back from anyone. Called the number in the book provided on the counter during business hours. Had to go out and purchase our own ice because had to switch ice maker off. Good thing it was nothing serious.

Awesome getaway near St. George!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was as described and very comfortable! The beds and space were awesome and plenty of room for our group. (We had 4 and there was room for more.) A separate space was available for another group or kids area. We did some hiking in the area and it was a great space to come back to. We would definitely come again! The only downside was the pickleball court lights cut out at 7pm each night when advertised to be on until 10pm. Super disappointing since that was our plan in the evening and had to share with other vacationers. There was no way to turn the lights back on because they were on an automatic timer and were unable to have anyone get that straightened out. Otherwise working with the property manager was easy and responsive.

Awesome experience!

The property was awesome! There was a heated pool, hot tub and pickle ball courts within walking distance. The home was spacious and had plenty of room for our 12 guests. I was able to text the owner with any questions and they responded quickly. We had an awesome time and will definitely be booking here again!

Relaxing location

Condo was great for our family. The layout is perfect with enough bedrooms and beds and 2 areas to hang out together in. It was clean and very organized. We liked sitting out on the deck. It is conveniently located just down from the pool and pickleball courts but not too close to hear all the noise. We love staying at Ledges. Check in/out was easy and communicated well. Only negative was the too soft beds but I know that is a personal preference. We had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Deposit down, final bill a month out, all digital.2. Several emails periodically before & during with info on shipping golf clubs, activities available at the Ledges, request for restaurant reservations, driving instructions, check in codes. No worries at all before arrival.3. Door codes worked, units were clean, kitchens well stocked with plates, pots, utensils, etc. Especially coffee, filters, paper towels, and a full selection of spices. I've been to a few rentals elsewhere that didn't even have salt & pepper, which is annoying.4. Kept informed during the trip with several texts from Ledges HQ; info about the marathon during our stay, phone numbers to call for maintenance, etc.5. Couple of check out texts at departure, all nice and smooth.Second time we've stayed here, great place!

Highly recommend using Ledges Vacation Rentals for your golfing vacations. This is our 3rd visit and first time at Paradise Found, which was as described on their website. Response time to any questions were answered quickly. Rental was clean. Pool and hot tub in walking distance and clean facilities. This vacation rental company does not disappoint.
