THE BUILDINGS
This rental gives your group private use of a portion of the buildings within our larger retreat center – ideal for families or small groups looking for a more economical option. Need more rooms? We have 8 total available!

The buildings are NOT shared with other guests – you get to enjoy a huge, luxurious lakeside retreat at a fraction of the cost! You’ll enjoy exclusive use of 3 separate buildings, just steps from each other:

Great Room (1200 ft²) – Open concept living/dining/lounge area
- Fully equipped professional kitchen
- Perfect for meals, game nights, and relaxing with the family.

Suite A (700 ft²)
- King + 2 twins + Sleeper sofa
- Features a deluxe soaking tub and lakeside views
- Private entrance + porch with Adirondack chairs

Suites B & C (550 ft² ea.)
- Each suite has a king, 2 twins, and sleeper sofa
- Both feature a luxurious 4-head walk-in shower
- Private entrance + porch with Adirondack chairs

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES:
- Located on 53 stunning acres in the TX countryside
- Lake with rowboat, SUPS, and lots of fish (catch and release fishing allowed)!

FARM & WILDLIFE

PRIVACY & POLICIES
- This is NOT a shared house – you have full privacy in your buildings
- Staff will be onsite for farm/ranch tasks, but your privacy will be respected
- Quiet hours: 10PM to 8AM.
- No parties without pre-approval.
- Rental agreement required (you’ll receive a link after booking)
- We treat & maintain buildings to reduce bugs, but this is the countryside – no refunds for pests
- Check-in: After 4PM – Check-out: Before 11AM. Early check-in/late checkout available for a fee (if schedule allows)

Due to the discounted nature of this listing, the pool and hot tub are shared amenities with our hard working, friendly on-site staff. However, we will not use them if you're there already, and we’ll always respect your privacy throughout your stay. Aside from this you’ll have full privacy in your rental.
