HEATED PRIVATE POOL AND SPA:
Pool: can be heated with 48 hr. notice. The optional heated pool is set to 84°F (weather affects temp a little). The fee is $75/night times the number of nights booked and can be paid for via our store link emailed to you immediately after making your initial reservation. For extended days with pool heating, please inquire with host.

HOT TUB:
Stays at 101°F and is guest-controlled. The first button on the wall controls the jets. Hot Tub heating is included at no charge. Please keep lid on when not in use for both safety and water temp preservation reasons.

Check-In
Self check-in is enabled w/ our Schlage smart lock keypad. Simply type in the last 4 digits of your phone number.

After booking, a 4 digit pin for the Schlage smart lock will be autogenerated and sent to you with your self check-in instructions. Access to the home is through the large double entry doors, and the path to the doors is well lit.

BEDROOMS:
Master Bedroom: Split King bed (made up of 2 twin beds, both with adjustable bases underneath so each person can raise the head and/or foot of the bed for maximum individual comfort. Master has its own ensuite. Sleeps 2.

King Bedroom: King bed, shares bathroom #2, has makeup vanity with light-up mirror. Sleeps 2. For safety reasons, the sliding glass door stays locked at all times. Access to the pool and hot tub are via the safety gate on the side of the house.

Full Over Full Bunkroom: (2 beds total) sleeps 4 comfortably. Shares bathroom #2.

Twin Bunkroom: has 2 twin bunkbeds (4 beds total), Shares bathroom #2. Sleeps 4. Plenty of charging ports on nightstands and lamps.

BATHROOMS: 2 full bathrooms.
1st bathroom is an ensuite for the master bedroom and has a shower plus a single sink 48” vanity.
2nd bath has a tub and shower combination plus a single sink 48” vanity.

The pool and backyard have been completely renovated to create a welcoming space for our guests to enjoy. There’s plenty of room for yoga in the main yard, games for all in the side yard, which is shaded all day (Nice!), a safety gate for your protection, the optional luxury of a heated pool for you to enjoy year-round, and a wonderful hot tub for 6-7! A plethora of outdoor experiences are yours to enjoy.

PARKING:
Please do not park in front of the neighbors’ homes. There are 2 garage spots, 2 driveway spots, and 1 spot in front of the home.

SECURITY:
This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and 2 Ring floodlight cameras (1 in backyard and 1 in front yard) for your safety and peace of mind.

LOUD PARTIES:
This is a quiet neighborhood right in the heart of original Scottsdale, and loud parties are prohibited. Thank you for being neighborly.

PETS:
Up to 2 dogs are allowed, but are breed dependent. PLEASE MESSAGE THE HOST to see if we can take your pet breed(s). There is an additional flat fee of $75 per pet per stay, and the guest is responsible for any pet accidents throughout the home for the duration of their stay (i.e., stains, damaged furniture or property, and/ or missing personal belongings). The yard is hosed down after each pet stay, but pet owners must clean up in the yard after their pets. Bags are provided in the kitchen pantry in case you forget to bring some. If the cleaners have to do this, there is an additional $25 charge. By renting our home, you are agreeing to this charge being assessed after checkout should it be warranted.

CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT:
Check-in is at 4 pm and checkout is at 10 am. There are a few housekeeping items to address at checkout like loading the dishes and starting the dishwasher, putting keys back in small drawer to the left of the sink, turning off the A/C, and closing and locking all windows and doors. Thank you in advance for your help!

SMOKING:
Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the property (including smoking e-cigarettes or “vaping”). At the discretion of management, if there is a reason to believe that the smoking policy has been violated, a $250 fee will apply. It will be charged to the guest’s credit card. By renting our home, you are agreeing to this charge being assessed after checkout should it be warranted.
