The dining area accommodates eight people, and the primary bedroom comes equipped with wall-mounted air conditioning and a jetted tub in the en suite bathroom.

Downstairs is a media and entertainment room with a tournament-quality pool table, a laundry room with a washer/dryer, and a home gym.
