Betsie-floden ligger en kort promenad bort eller ta en snabb tur till Iron Fish Distillery. Salmon fishing getaway

We had such a great time ! Property was so close to fishing. Owners gave pointers for fishing and made us feel welcome to contact for any help we needed. Enjoyed the fire pit on the chilly evenings. We highly recommend this rental. Felt like coming home everyday after fishing. Plan to go here again !

Great Location and place to stay

We enjoyed staying here. The rental was clean and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the backyard firepit and being able to use the gas grill. Location is great, very close to Crystal Mountain and Iron Fish distillery too. Had everything we needed, but would have been nice if Internet speed were a little better. TV's worked well, but we enjoy streaming Netflix and such and 1MB internet speed is a little challenging. Overall a very nice experience.

Un bungalow confortable mais isolé

Le bungalow ressemble à un chalet avec salon puis cuisine et un autre salon, deux chambres et une salle de bain. Lits confortables, Clim en été, salon de jardin… il y a de la vaisselle mais peu de casseroles. On est à 40-50 kms du Skeeping beats Dunes Park. Très belle région.

Great Stay

We were very lucky to find the three days we wanted at this perfect place. We liked the location because it was away from the crowds yet so close to everything. The house was extremely clean and comfortable and Karyn was so helpful and quick to respond to questions. We didn’t use the backyard fire pit during this visit but we definitely will next time! We highly recommend staying here.

A great location with an easy drive to many places

This was perfect for my husband and I. We were not looking for strictly a beach vacation, but wanted to explore the whole area and this was centrally located to all of the places we wanted to go. The property was clean, comfortable, well organized, and in the quiet countryside. We had a mama deer and her baby fawn visit on our first night. We discovered great local eats, checked out Interlochen, Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Riverside Canoe Rentals, the alpine slide at Crystal Mountain, and the town of Frankfort with its beautiful beach - an easy 25 minute drive away. If we had stayed at a beach location we wouldn't have done all of these other things. Check out the Iron Fish Distillery at the end the road. The pizza and strawberry lemon gin drinks are a must.

Cozy and quiet

It's tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood, a beautiful outdoor space. Inside was super clean, very comfortable furniture and bed. It was the perfect place for my husband and I to relax for the weekend with no kids :)

Everything you need minus air conditioning which we new there wasn’t. Fans kept us plenty cool. Great location to Crystal Mountain. Also a great cafe down the road Rosi’s

Perfect for a cozy ski weekend!

This property was perfect for our cozy ski weekend up North. Very clean and tidy, had everything we needed and the proximity to Crystal Mountain and Iron Fish cannot be beat. Karyn was also an incredibly responsive host, we would definitely book again!

2nd time staying here

This is a nice cozy place for a small group or family. We stayed here because it is close to Crystal mountain, and this is the 2nd year we have booked this rental because it was perfect for our small group of 4. Would highly recommend.

Nice location for exploring the area.

Our stay was comfortable but we didn’t spend too much time at the cottage. We did hear and then see the backside of a bear one evening. The overall feel of the home was ok. Now that we know the area better we would probably stay closer to Beulah or Frankfort.

Secluded and spacious

We had a wonderful reunion with our college friends from 40 years ago. River and lakes near by to take advantage of, we spent all our time outdoors, and it was nice to wind down the night at the campfire after being at the water all day. Very spacious and secluded.

Beach and bluffs!

This was our 2nd time staying here and we loved it!! Super clean, had everything we needed, owner is very fast to respond to questions, location was central to the beaches and bluff hikes! We loved hearing live music at Iron Fish, and St.Ambrose nearby! Highly recommend!
