Welcome to The Emerald Glass Haven Lake House on Merrymeeting Lake in the heart of NH's Lake Region hosted by Oasis Rental Services. Enjoy this four-season waterfront home on crystal clear Merrymeeting Lake w/ Private Dock! Just built in July '24 with brand new beds & furniture. Property boasts 100 ft of private waterfront with a sandy bottom entry! Enjoy morning coffee overlooking the water on the large deck & afternoons exploring the lake w/ 2 kayaks available for guests. Bring your own boat or rent one & dock it overnight on your private dock (trailer parking available). Grill in the evenings and have a campfire overlooking the water
**Pontoon Boat Rentals are available from New Bridge Marina out of Lebanon ME - they deliver to you (3 day minimum). Jet Ski Rentals are available from Luke's Marine out of Lyman ME who also deliver (1 day or multi-day rental options available). Feet First Watersports right on Merrymeeting Lake offers lessons inclusive of equipment & instruction to learn how to waterski, wakeboard, and/or kneeboard.**
This brand new construction home built July 2024. Four-season 2000+ sq ft Waterfront home with 3 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms on one of NH's cleanest lakes - Merrymeeting Lake. Enjoy a Private Dock and 100 feet of crystal clear waterfront! Enjoy a sandy bottom under your feet as you jump off the dock or use the gradual entry for your kayaks & blow-up paddleboard. Home has central heat & A/C.
The 1st floor is an open-concept kitchen/living room/dining room with a propane fireplace leading out to the deck overlooking the water. Plenty of seating on the deck for everyone to enjoy. Walk down the deck stairs right to the BBQ grill.
Upstairs are two bedrooms each with a queen bed. The primary bedroom has a tempurpedic mattress, reading nook overlooking the water & an in-suite bathroom complete with a soaking tub & shower. There is a 3/4 bath in the hallway for the second bedroom to use. On the second floor is also the laundry - combo washer/dryer for guests use. Each bedroom has a Smart TV.
On the lower level there is a set of bunk beds and a premium pull-out sofa with a queen bed, a TV, and a 1/2 bath. Sliders open directly onto the terrace overlooking the water. Enjoy the covered terrace even on those rainy days!
On a chilly night enjoy a night by the fire overlooking the water. Feel free to use any firewood left.
Sorry no dogs or any animals of any kind. Please no smoking. No fireworks or parties allowed. Must be 25 years old to rent.
Guests will have access to the entire house as well as the 2 kayaks & blow-up paddleboard. You have access to the entire dock to tie up your boat or jet skis.
It is contactless check-in. You will be given a unique door code prior to check-in that will be good for the use of your stay.
Gorgeous unobstructed view of Merrymeeting Lake. Just a few houses away from Merrymeeting Marina where you can gas up your boat, get ice, or buy an ice cream (no boat rentals available). For boat rentals reach out to New Bridge Marina out of Lebanon ME - they will deliver to the public boat launch (Note: 3-day minimum boat rental required for delivery). It is a very short drive down the road to the public boat launch that has free day trailer parking. 10 minutes to Alton Bay (Restaurants, Hannaford Grocery Store & Lake Winnipesaukee); 20 minutes to Wolfeboro "The Oldest Summer Resort in America"; 25 minutes to Gunstock Mountain Resort; and 15 minutes to Mt Major.
Please be respectful of the property & neighbors at all times. The neighbors are full-time residents & do not rent their home to vacationers so please be respectful.
No Smoking in the house or on the deck please (a deep cleaning fee will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking)
No Parties or Events. Registered guests only please.
Please use the black towels to remove make-up.
Please wash any beach towels you used during your stay. This helps us to turnover the home for the next guests on time.
Please turn the heat down to 60 when you leave if you are renting during the colder months; and A/C is off in the warmer months.
Please let us know if you damage something or something isn't working the way it should so we can fix it for the next guest.

I am Jenna and together with my husband Steve we manage the rental. We have two young children and a bernedoodle dog. We are high school sweethearts and co-founded Oasis Rental Services to combine our passions of travel, real estate, and hospitality (my college major). We love to travel, ski, golf, swim, hike, and do day trips with the kiddos (especially to the lake!), and try the local fare wherever we are. You will tell the owners of the house put a ton of detail into the new build making it their perfect vacation home. We hope you enjoy it!

We absolutely love how the home came out especially with the view of the water from so many windows/rooms. Aside from the great room, the deck is our favorite place to hang out. Enjoy!
