Vårt hem har totalrenoverats med rena, välutrustade detaljer. Tre sovrum och 2 fulla bad. Öppet koncept vardagsrum med nytt kök, granit, rostfria vitvaror, stor kök ö med kvarts bänk, sittplatser, sittplatser för 6. Solfylld, mysigt vardagsrum med gaspis, inbyggd ins, TV. Master svit med badrum, dubbla handfat. Två extra sovrum, 1 är ett kontor med en mycket bekväm utdragbar bäddsoffa. Huvudbadet har ett badkar / dusch och innehåller även tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Utomhus erbjuder en inhägnad bakgård, bluestone uteplats med bord och stolar och skärmad i veranda. Fleråriga trädgårdar och Adirondack stolar för fina sommardagar eller kvällar. Vårt superläge är minuter till allt som downtown Saratoga Springs har att erbjuda. Du kan gå downtown till restauranger, biograf, kaféer, Beekman St Arts Disrict. Det finns en järnvägsspår 1 kvarter från vårt hus, springa, gå, cykla, åka skidor, snöskor till Saratoga Spa State Park, SPAC, NYC Ballet, konserter. Så mycket att göra i närheten. 55 minuter till Gore Mountain eller vandring i Adirondacks. 8 kvarter till Saratoga Race Track. Vi har fri parkering för 4 bilar

Great girls getaway weekend.

We stayed 2 nights. Very comfortable, beautifully decorated, comfortable home. Walking distance to busy Broadway St offerings. Enjoyed sitting areas in living room and quiet & private screened in porch. Kitchen was fully equipped (space shared with residents, plenty of room set aside for us) Beds were very comfortable with high quality linens. Would highly recommend this rental.

The house was in a great spot walkable and bike-able to town and to the track. The living area was very comfortable and the screen porch was amazing.

Track Season

Short walk to downtown and walkable to track. Very clean and well stocked. Nice screen porch and patio. Good setup for 2-3 couples. Very easy check-in and communication. Would stay again!

Saratoga springs convenience

Perfect place for our weekend stay for college graduation. Beautiful house, immaculately clean with fully equipped kitchen and lovely screened in porch. Walking distance from town and restaurants. Fabulous and very welcoming hosts!

Convenient, quiet and homey!

We enjoyed a fun sisters weekend in Saratoga staying at this property. Nice and relaxing house layout with quaint porch and patio, convenient to walk to town. Kitchen well appointed with anything you needed. Central air worked great for a 94 degree day that we had. The only suggestion I would have is reducing the owners personal food and items that were present in refrigerator and bathroom. We would stay again!!

A Plus experience - book this place!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. The house is charming, in an exceptional location, with a beautiful yard, a lovely screened in porch, gorgeous furnishings, a fully-equipped and well laid out kitchen, a very comfortable living room and three excellent bedrooms. It was just perfect for our visit to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation. And Palma could not have been nicer or more welcoming. Book this gem for your stay and you will not be sorry.

Modern, like-new, cozy home close to downtown Saratoga

My family and I loved our stay here. Palma was communicative and had good recommendations for things to do and see in town. The house was immaculate, nicely decorated, and spacious. Location was convenient to most everything; it is possible to walk downtown from here, and SPAC and the track are a very short (less than 5 min) drive away. The Tempur-pedic mattress in the master was especially appreciated. We look forward to staying again!

Outstanding

So comfortable with upscale amenities. We especially loved the screened in porch, garden sitting area and such comfortable beds. We walked to the track and to restaurants.Highly recommend and hope to visit again.

Perfect weekend

Lovely home! Palma and Ron were gracious hosts (thanks so much for the basket of goodies!!) and the house is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. We enjoyed coffee on the beautiful screened-in porch and downtown is just a short walk away. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and spending time chatting with friends. There is a fenced in backyard, plenty of parking and the location is extremely convenient to a grocery store. We enjoyed our annual Dave Matthews weekend even more coming back to this wonderful home! Great home!

We just stayed here for my sisters 30th bday and the home itself is beautifully maintained and so welcoming ! The location is great, a 10 min walk to downtown. We would definitely come back and recommend it for all types of vacationers!

We have lived in Saratoga Springs for 27 years and love this city and are thrilled that we can walk & ride our bikes around town to get to the state park, restaurants, movie theatre , YMCA, shopping, coffee shops & the racetrack. It is nice to not have to use your car. We love to travel and have stayed at homeaway/VRBO rentals. We love the concept of having the comforts of home with privacy when you are traveling.
