This property is all about location. Our family trip was about Cubs’ games. It took us just a few minutes to walk to our seats from the property. We were vacationing during a heat advisory and loved returning to a nice, cool air conditioned property with our kitchen stocked because a Whole Foods is just down the street in walking distance. We will definitely stay again.

The place is very clean. It is exactly as described. The bar below is noisy for most of the night. However, that is described in the listing so as expected. It is right next door to the Red Line which is so convenient. If there for a game, a perfect location to walk. I’d recommend to party-goers & Cubs fans. Not a good recommendation for a family due to the noisy bar. Again, this is in the description so plan accordingly. The host is very communicative. They messaged me back quickly with any questions we had. I recommend.

The property was clean and in a great location, close to numerous lively activities and a very efficient public transportation system. Communication with the managers was easy and efficient. Will be booking again.

Wonderful apartment. Large. Spacious. Very clean. Lots of light. Secure. You are living in the shadow of Wrigley Field! So much to do. You dont need a car. Everything is within walking distance. Restaurants/sports bars. Your in the heart of Wrigleyville. I didnt want to leave.

The location is unbeatable, you can see the Red Line from your front window on your left, and on your right is Wrigley Field. Perfect spot for anyone looking to stay in Wrigleyville and go to a game. The bar downstairs is noisy, as advertised in the description, and may or may not play music when there are people inside. There are 1-2 guys who stand outside the bar and try to get people to come in, which you will be able to hear from the living room. The coffee machine was a big plus, as were the ample mugs and glassware. Overall the place was fairly clean but we did find a dead wasp and ants in the living room. One of the beds still had its box spring wrapped in plastic and the bed frame in a box in the closet, but it was still comfy enough for the trip. There are no blinds on the front windows which face the train station. It wasn’t an issue for us, but if you want to close them, you might want to bring your own blinds. Location was great, value for the money was amazing, just a few small things that could have made this a 5 star stay. I’d still recommend it for anyone looking to stay in Wrigleyville on a budget, you cannot beat this price!

Is exactly the place it says it is. Awesome location. We got 20% at the bar below because we were staying there which was nice. Perfect location to be able to do whatever in Wrigleyville. The interior is fine, nothing special but definitely not a dump. Things were clean. Perfect for a low maintenance group who just wants to have a good time.
