Konstruktion av en havsvÀgg fram till oktober 2019. Arbetet Àr mÄndag till fredag 8-4. Reducerade priser under denna tid. Njut av Endless Ocean-vyer och utsikt över den nÀrliggande ön Molokai frÄn denna Ocean Front Condo. Det finns mÄnga renoveringar och uppgraderingar i hela denna enhet. Köket har renoverats med vackra nya skÄp, nya apparater i rostfritt stÄl, bÀnkskivor, inventarier och hÀngande ananasbelysning. Detta fullt utrustade kök har unika detaljer i östil. Hawaiiansk inredning och rottingmöbler gör att denna enhet kÀnns som ett tropiskt paradis. Du hittar en platt-TV i vardagsrummet och i sovrummet. Denna enhet med ett sovrum rymmer upp till fyra personer med en king size-sÀng i sovrummet och en queen size-bÀddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Dessa lÀgenheter ligger i byggnad C, som Àr nÀrmast havet. excellent comfortable stay

Had a comfortable and relaxing stay at this condo. There were lots of 'extras' that we weren't expecting, like snorkel and beach gear, beach chairs and umbrella. Host was super with communication and even helped us with a restaurant reservation. We would certainly stay here again.

Everything perfect

Amazing view

We were there during the fires but still had six beautiful days before. The fires opened our eyes to the love and friendship of the community and the owner of the condo. We were treated like family and the owner did everything in her power to make us safe and comfortable. We have since become like family

Absolutely perfect

My girl and I had the most amazing time staying here. The property is perfect for having a relaxing stay without having to worry about anything. The unit is extremely stocked with everything you need. Our favorite place is to sit on the balcony and watch the whales and turtles every day. We have zero complaints and will definitely be using Cheryl and her property in the future. Don't be a dummy, book this place and enjoy a slice of happiness.

Great location with fabulous view

We immensely enjoyed our week at this condo; it was everything we hoped it would be. We couldn't wait for first light to see the top of Molokai light up, followed by the gorgeous blue waters of the Lahaina Strait. Every morning we saw humpback whales, some completely breaching (make sure you have some good binoculars with you). Cheryl has the place nicely decorated and everything was clean and tidy. This location was perfect for us, just south of Kapalua where we attended the Sentry Tournament of Champions, but also just north of Kaanapali and Lahaina where we enjoyed some beaches and great restaurants. And the atmosphere at these condos is relaxed and friendly, just the way we like it. We hope very much to return again next winter.

View was fantastic but property was disappointing

The view was amazing right over the ocean. The Condo was dated. Basic amenities were lacking and the TVs did not work. The grounds and pool area were not very appealing so we left the condo every day.

Excellent stay in Kahana!

We had an amazing week at Cheryl’s condo! We were welcomed with a gift basket which was a wonderful touch and made us feel welcomed right from the start. Cheryl was excellent at communicating with us, we even contacted her on Christmas day regarding a nearby doctor for my husband that was experiencing a kidney stone attack and she got us the names of a couple places and checked in several times to see how he was doing. The condo is beautiful, very clean, beds were super comfy and view is unbeatable! We will definitely be back!

Great Stay in Maui

We had a wonderful long weekend in Maui staying at Cheryl’s home. A view straight into the water was just what we needed to unwind. Location is great, short drive to everything we wanted to see and do. Maui Brewing Company was literally around the corner. We found Cheryl had provided everything we needed for our stay, and were able to make use of the grill one night too! All in all, an excellent stay!

Anniversary

Cheryl was accomodating regarding our stay. We had to extend our stay by a day and that wasn't an issue. The condo is clean and in addition to the essentials which Cheryl provides other guests have left spices, kitchen necessaries (future guest, please dispose of any sugary items when you leave, this is a tropical environment it draws little sugar ants; being from Florida this is a pet peeve of mine). Cheryl ensures the condo is inviting and along with the fans strategically placed the unit is very comfortable. This was our first VBRO experience and we will be back. There is quiet time from 10pm-9am which adds to the comfort to the KR property. Please take advantage of the grill on property-it's a BULLY commercial grill! Not only can you grill great steaks, fish and your veggies, you get to meet other guests! Early morning swims off the little beach starts your day, getting to know a couple of green sea turtles. Our stay was at the end of whale season we still were given a show of several whale pods swimming, even breaching from the lanai. We will be back in the near future.

Exactly as described!

We enjoyed our stay. Cheryl was easy to communicate with and the condo was nice, clean, and came with tons of beach gear and towels. Binoculars were great for whale watching straight from the deck. We were out and about the island all days, so didn’t spend much time at the little beach right next door, but it might be useful to know that they run a sort of fishing operation off the beach sometimes. Don’t worry about there not being air condition. There are fans and the deck has a wonderful breeze. Other reviews are right, the bed is super comfortable and the sheets are great!

Honeymooners in Paradise

The condo was perfect for us and being our first time in Maui ... its exactly what we needed! The VIEW was amazing and having a small private beach made it even more special for morning strolls and snorkeling. There are turtles and I was just in awwww of seeing them as well as whale watching. The sunsets and rainbows are beautiful! The condo has a large kitchen for cooking and it is truly perfect for a couple. The king size bed is comfy and Cheryl made sure we kicked off our honeymoon with a sweet card and a bottle of champagne. There are plenty of towels and everything you would need for the beach. It's like your home away from home! It is so quiet and in the evenings, we left the patio screen door opened the whole time to listen to the waves hit the shore. It is a nice complex with well lit parking and the laundry room is ADORABLE with an ironing board and iron as well as a cute little library. Don't worry ... the condo has its own iron and ironing board too. With our luggage, it was AWESOME that a nice size elevator is available. The property has plenty of lawn chairs to catch your rays and the pool is quite nice as well. There is an area for you to wash the sand off your feet ... and there are grills available by each building to grill up your favorite burger! All and all ... amazing little paradise! The condo is super clean and neat and the property ... immaculate! Thank you Cheryl for making our honeymoon so memorable!

Prime location with ocean and beach front views, without the mob of too many people

Where to begin? I loved this place so much, I almost want to keep it a secret so that I can come back whenever I want! 😊 Before our trip, Cheryl provided excellent restaurant and excursion recommendations and helped give us helpful travel time estimates to help us best plan our trip....while we were there, we could sit on our lanai and watch whales morning, noon and night. Every evening, we had a front row seat to the perfect sunset. We saw sea turtles swim by right our front several times. The location is perfect while keeping a secluded, quiet and friendly atmosphere. It is with walking distance from many amazing restaurants. We did laundry twice onsight and the app-based payment for washers and dryers worked very smoothly! We highly recommend Kahana Reef and especially Cheryl! She provided great service, and made sure you had all the little things you didn’t think about (or don’t want to pack), like binoculars, snorkel gear and boogie boards. We look forward to many return trips back here. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Great location and view. Unit well equipped

Cheryl was super attentive and the unit suited our needs as a family of 4. My teens shared the fold out couch and noted that it was very comfortable. Note that there is a laundry facility on site but it has daytime hours only PLUS all of the cleaning people seem to use it so it was quite busy when we attempted to do laundry. Just come prepared as we misunderstood that there was a laundry machine and dryer in the unit.

Perfect location! Waterfront condo with everything you need!

My husband and I stayed here for our wedding/honeymoon and we are glad we did! The space is fully equipped with everything you could need and perfect for a couple or small family. The photos don't lie, it's right on the water with a small beach just down the steps. There's a larger beach just a couple of blocks away and it's only about a 10 or 15 minute drive in either direction to many other beautiful beaches including Kaanapali, Napili, Fleming and Oneloa. For groceries and dining there is a myriad of options, some within walking distance like The China Boat, which is literally across the street, Maui Brewing Co and Whaler's General Store. The owner and other residents of the building are warm and welcoming. The space is family-friendly, but quiet. The unit is one bedroom, but has a sleeper in the living room, which would be perfect for kids. Unfortunately, Hurricane Lane had struck just a few weeks prior to our visit, leaving behind some muddy water, but on a normal day you would see turtles swim by from the lanai. Fortunately for us, it's a good excuse to visit again soon! We look forward to staying here again when we return!

Stunning is correct!

Perfect. Clean. Stylish. Even better than the pictures. Bed was heavenly, shower was perfect. Lots of small details... Beach towels, cooler, boogie boards, snorkels... Great location. Seriously, no complaints. Must mention the terrific grounds with Jenn-Aire grill, lush landscaping, lounge chairs for catching some rays or watching the turtles. Our host was very responsive. Her restaurant recommendations were stellar. Can't believe I got it all at a reasonable price... Especially for Maui. If you book you will be patting yourself on the back just like me. Better than I could ever imagine.

From booking, to arriving, staying and the journey home Cheryl was there through it all! Her communication was so helpful. The unit itself was perfect. Had everything we would ever need. The beach equipment was so incredibly useful! We used the chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear and beach towels everyday. The location was excellent. Amazing view and quiet location. We spoke to some other visitors at dinner who were staying in a resort and were miserable. The sound and amount of people all around made their trip less enjoyable. We on the other hand never saw anyone, other than the occasional sun bather out front. We were minutes away from anything we wanted to do or places to eat. Parking was free and we always had a spot. The bed was so unbelievably comfortable. We melted into it each night and it was hard to get up each morning. Nice linens and plenty of pillows. The bathroom is beautifully done and so roomy. We loved the shower. Kitchen island is huge and was a great catch all for all of our “stuff”. We didn’t end up cooking, but it had everything we could ever need. We had the slider open anytime we were there to hear the amazing ocean waves just feet away. The keyless entry for the door was perfect. It was so so nice not to have to fumble around each time looking for a key. Or be nervous to loose it. (We accidentally took our rental car keys snorkeling and had to pay to replace them. Oooops) So the keypad was so useful. I cannot say enough how great this unit was. It made our trip that much more relaxing and enjoyable.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

I returned to this property for 12 years before I finally bought a unit. It is peaceful, quiet and I feel at home here more than I have anywhere else. I chose to call Kahana Reef my home because it is a small property of only 88 units and feels like home.
